Paul was great through the whole process, he texted me photos and contacted me several times since I was 6 1/2 hours away. I was looking for a specific SUV and a specific color, when I found he assured me we could work through the distance issue if I couldn't get there right away. After securing my letter of credit within 24 hours and making arrangements to purchase the vehicle the next morning, the other dealer there "swooped" in and sold in out from under us. I thought this was very unprofessional! There's needs to be better communication between the two salesman, if buying from here make sure you are there in person (which is difficult these days)!

Awsome... Very relaxed, no pressure atmosphere. Got wat i wanted, Paul was great, walked me thru the numbers and within a few hrs. Boom i left with my new vehicle. Make N.A.L. yur first stop !!!

I needed something corrected on a bill of sale for a customer of ours at Delaware Cadillac. They had no obligation to do so at all but they took care of it and had it faxed back quickly. They are very professional and helpful. They have my respect as a fellow automobile man.

Had a great experience selling my car to North American Auto Liquidators. After purchasing a new car I shopped around offers for my existing vehicle for a few weeks and was offered the best price here. Paul and Bob arrived at my house, assisted with some paperwork, and drove off with the car all within less than a half hour. Really simple process from start to finish and they were both friendly and professional. I will certainly recommend NAAL to friends and be sure to reach out in the future whenever I am ready to replace my vehicle.

The people knew they were not going to sale me a car that it was on hold for someone else instead of letting me know it was on hold for someone else. Then lying about the credit saying they would let you know on Monday, when they had gotten the info right then and there. Talk about bad business. I wouldn't want to do business with people like them who are not honest
