Disappointed with the lack of professionalism and customer respect. Multiple times while checking out the woman cashier has been on the phone with a clearly personal phone call.

My Local Family Dollar in Tidioute is one of my favorites. The staff are always polite,friendly and helpful. I feel welcome every time I go in there regardless of the time of day. They have almost everything I need which is convenient when I don't feel like driving out of town.

Usually cluttered, takes a long time to be checked out even when I'm first in line, and sometimes they're on the phone while I'm checking out.

Kinda dirty... line formed and had to wait a while for an employee checking herself out.. because it wasnt scanning. Messed that up. So finally another employee opened another register.. only to take the people who JUST got in line not the two who had been waiting the longest. ?

Really great customer service and a large variety of things, especially for a small town. The only issue I can think of is that stock is low a lot of the time, but I know that is more the shipping company's fault rather than the store itself. All in all I recommend it.
