“Not my usual u-haul only because I have several locations nearer. This time the near ones didn't have the equipment I needed. This location found it at another location, reserved it for me, and sent me on with a smile. I will call here first the next time I am in the valley renting a u-haul, or more usually buying towing bits or wiring. I have no issues with other locations in the Scranton area, but I know above-and-beyond when I see it.”

“IF YOU NEED A TOW HITCH ON YOUR VEHICLE GO HERE THE ONE GARAGE THAT SAID THEY WOULD DO IT NOT GOING TO GIVE NAMES WAS GOING TO CHARGE ME $500 CALLED A U-HAUL AS THEIR PRICES $200 LESS THEN I WAS QUOTED. PLUS I ALSO GOT THE ELECTRICAL WIRING INCLUDED WITH IT.”

“We picked up our truck yesterday morning and the process was seamless! Ken was exceptional with his customer service and making sure we had everything we needed and nothing more and nothing less. This meant a lot since we are on a tight budget with our moving expenses. The truck itself was in excellent condition and it ran like a dream! (I have had some tricky ones in the past)
All of our equipment worked perfectly which made the moving run smoothly and quickly and we were able to return on time without issue. If we are ever in need of a truck again we will be returning without hesitation. I highly recommend this business and recommend asking for Ken Steinhhardt specifically!”
