Not sure why this branch has so low reviews. Have used this branch many times since moving to area for deposits, withdrawals, everyday banking, and to get a cashiers check for a home purchase; everything has been handled professionally, and with a high degree of care. Good customer service.

Horrible experience today. Tara is rude, doesn’t have a clue in what she is doing and has zero people skills. We will be closing out our accounts. Get rid of it !!!!

The bank staff was incredibly rude, I've banked here for 3 years at the same branch and went to go make a withdraw today and was told nobody knew me there. The same girl checking me out was the same girl Tara I see once a week. It was a disgusting approach to customer service and embarrassing.

Horrible service. With a a punk like manager , who must have missed communication in Class. This gentleman needs to be fired and placed in back of a store with minimal human interaction! As a nurse i have been hit, spit on ,yelled at along with many other abusive behavior. I would never ,ever not provide service!!!
