The food was typical for a Wendy's. Nothing exceptional. The place was pretty clean and orderly. The gentleman behind the counter however was the problem. His language in the presence of my 12 year old and another young lady present in the restaurant who looked to be between 10 and 12 left a lot to be desired and was very unprofessional. I'm not saying I didn't use those words myself in occasion and I am by no means a saint. However in a family restaurant atmosphere f bombs do not belong. Especially when they are coming at you loud and about every 5 minutes or so. I would avoid this place with kids.

This place sucks . Moble order had the receipt that I ordered but the food inside the bag wasn't. The worst Wendy's I've ever been in

This place sucks, cannot get a mobile order right at all. The fries are old, the burgers are dry and disgusting. If your food is even in the bag it’s probably not what you actually ordered.

This place constantly messes up our orders, very frustrating. I've wasted enough money coming to this location.EDIT: I don't know how long it was since I wrote my last review.My son and I order food tonight at the drive-thru and they completely messed up our order to where she even got the sizes wrong. I asked to get my receipt and she walked away from me. The music was being played so loud we couldn't even hear what she was saying.Maybe if they turn the music DOWN she wouldn't get peoples orders wrong. I'm so glad fast food workers will eventually be replaced by machines and computers.And they think they deserve more money. SMH.

I love this Wendy’s, and really appreciate the kindness of their staff. I’m a doordasher. I consistently get polite, speedy service when I dash from them. But the REAL gem here is Mikey. He’s hilarious, kind, thoughtful, and knows Wendy’s menu really well. He makes my visit every time. I used to order from him when he worked in the west Chester Wendy’s, and he always remembers me. He should be considered for management/upward movement if he isn’t already. His customer service is unmatched!

This place is a DISASTER. I was there at 2:30 on Tuesday 4/3. I waited over 20 minutes with only five people in the line inside. It was more than 5 minutes in between taking people’s orders. Might as well had a turtle behind the register. I walked out before I could even order which was over 20 minutes. I went to McDonald’s up the road which was busier and still got my food in less than 10 minutes.

Surprisingly POOR for a Wendy’s. Fries appeared soggy & reheated. Still room temperature. Even dog turned up nose.. Trashed them. The Frosty was more like melted ice cream.

The staff was friendly and seemed relatively upbeat, which was nice, but they were also struggling to keep up with demand. Most of the sodas, ice, lids, spoons, and so much more were empty. It was probably 30 min from arrival until I sat down to eat with just 5 customers in front of me in that time.It seemed like the struggle was short staffing like so many other places today.

This place has always had decent service in my opinion, but they struggle putting competent people at the counter. My most recent bad experience was watching this poor guy and his little daughter get treated terribly by the guy behind the counter, he didn't listen to their order at all, started getting an attitude when he couldn't understand the customer, and he would just randomly interrupt the customer to talk and laugh with other employees. When it came to my turn, he asked me for my order and then started yelling at a girl in the back and interrupted me to ask someone behind me if they were picking up. They definitely need some help in the training department at this place.
