Garbage bank!!! I pulled all my money out of Wells Fargo specifically to close the account and they hit me with an overdraft fee like the second it posted. It didn't even get a chance to close it!!! Also this branch DOESN'T print new cards on the spot, one of the issues I was already having with them.

Worst branch ever. Only one or two tellers in this branch can work at a reasonable speed. The management at this branch won't return calls. Lines are long and they are understaffed.

Thoroughly impressed with the quality of customer service! In this age of AI, my experience opening accounts is exactly why robots can't do everything! Mark and Shay made it a wonderful experience! Mark was very informative, pleasant and eased the stress of banking! I will definitely be back to this location for future banking needs! I hope Wells Fargo understands the high value of their team's personable service! Thank you!

The tellers and bankers are wonderful, the manager however is one of the worst I have ever encountered. She can not successfully perform her duties as a manager.

Spent a total of 20 minutes at the drive-through teller to complete a very simple transaction. There was ONE TELLER working both the lobby and the drive-through. This isn’t the first time I’ve had horrible service at this branch. Management needs to realize this is not a sustainable business model. A corporation with $12 billion in profit (in 2022) can afford to keep their branches appropriately staffed. I am seriously considering leaving Wells Fargo entirely for a local credit union or bank. I’ve had it.

The worst branch within a 50 mile radius. If you have a business account do yourself a favor and go to a different branch. The tellers are the worst, they have no clue as to what customer service is!!

I don't know what you people are doing but the recent closures and reduced hours are really starting to upset me. It's not a staffing issue, it's an employee budget issue. PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES MORE, OFFER HIGHER STARTING WAGES. You're a bank and we all know you have the money to double everyones pay and still profit billions. Enough is enough.

Wonderful wonderful people! I work in the same shopping center and the ladies working helped me get change for my store with jokes and smiles on their faces, absolutely made my day better and saved me and my employees! Thank you ladies! If you ever need a discount, you know where to find me!

They no longer will allow my husband (who is not on my account) to deposit our monthly mortgage money into my account (we always have had different banks, as he likes his and I have to have WF for paycheck deposit. I pay part of the mortgage, he pays the rest by depositing into my account). We've been doing this since 2005.They won't even accept a cashier's check because of an increase in money laundering. Today, I made 5 phone calls so I could add his name to my account (I don't do online banking). I couldn't get a real person to talk to, and gave up. Thinking about changing to another bank that accepts direct deposit.

Awful service , went there on Saturday with my husband who has been there since it was Wachovia and no one was willing to help get myself into his account after we just got married. They told us we can get you an appointment in July which is unacceptable. This location is terrible
