“I met Mike by chance while online shopping for a Mercedes oil filter and noticed he was from Downingtown. So i figured I'd give him the business since he was somewhat local. After that he became my ML350 mechanic while employed at Mercedes of West Chester. He performed a lot of this work either in his driveway or he'd meet me somewhere in between his house and mine. Being in the automotive repair business all my life, it was quickly determined Mike was very honest and knew his stuff. He did mention that he wanted to start his own business one day and I encouraged him as well. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs work performed on their vehicle. “So, after my car left me stranded in the parking lot of my job, I was forced to call for a tow truck. The businesses I called were charging an exorbitant price to tow my car less than 5 miles to my mechanic. The highest priced tow, at $220, was due to my car not being able to be put in neutral, requiring a special truck. Finally, I called Fling. The young lady I spoke to was wonderful. When I explained the my car could not be put in neutral, she told me it did not matter and quoted me a very affordable price. The tow truck, driven by Mike, arrived within the half hour. Mike was awesome! His friendly, competent demeanor made me feel confident my car was in good hands. It's seems more and more that it's difficult to find businesses that operate with integrity. I am very happy that I called Fling's and will definitely refer others.”

“I had a slow leak in my front right tire. I brought it up without an appointment. They fixed it within 10 minutes. I asked them what I owe them and they said bring your car back to us in December when your car needs state inspection. This certainly builds customer loyalty. And this is not the first time something like this has happened with me at Eagle service. I am appreciative that they have a Hometown feel instead of those big big box stores.”

“Agustin was EXTREMELY kind and helpful tonight when I needed a tow in the middle of the night. He kept me informed along the way. He was there within an hour, which was the exact timeframe he gave me when I spoke to him on the phone. He was friendly and answered all my questions when he arrived. He even very kindly answered all my curiosity questions about my car, about his industry, and so on. Especially after waiting for 5 hours with AAA only for them to be very unresponsive and never even assign a towing service to my request, Agustin was a breath of fresh air. HIGHLY recommended!”

“This is my second time renting a Penske moving truck. The first time is used a 17ft. This time I used a 12ft size truck. Both were great but the 12ft was excellent. This truck didnt even use 100 dollars in gas traveling from Belleville Illinois to Pottstown, Pennsylvania. I was shocked that a big truck like that could get such good gas mileage. I rented a local U haul ro move 4 miles , making 2 trips and spent 45 in gas. Also the customer service is wonderful. All the people from the phone center to the agents where you pick up and drop off are terrific. I had 2 awesome experiences. I would say to everyone this is the company to use when doing a self move. I live Penske and I would even do an ad for them for free, that is how much I love their products and services. Awesome , Awesome and Awesome.”

“Just rented a Penske truck through Whitford. I found out that the 26footer that I rented was overkill for what I had to do. Whitford was very accommodating in downsizing me to a more suitable rental. The rental process was quick and easy and the cost was more that reasonable. The truck itself was clean and in perfect condition. I would highly recommend them for future rentals.”

“I should have wrote this review years ago. These guys are the best. I've been driving for over fifty years, & have lived in Chester County now for the last 18. In that time, this shop has repaired 3 vehicles ('01 Altima sedan; '10 Altima coupe; '16 Camaro convert) a total of 5 times; a few relatively minor, & a couple major ones. Also, they have custom painted parts for me. When needed, they always called the tow truck, arranged a rental, contacted insurance companies & adjusters, driven me home, picked me up, and generally took care of everything. In the rare instance, that some little detail was not right(I'm a perfectionist) they took care of it right away without debate. Their prices are lower than franchise shops & the work is better. You really feel like they care about you & your vehicle. What prompted me to write this is, I just got off the phone with them to schedule a windshield replacement on the Chevy. An oncoming semi knocked an overhead tree branch off which shattered the glass.”

“I asked a random person in the neighborhood for a recommendation of a mechanic and they suggested EvasI dove straight to the place on a Friday to see if they would service my vehicle. At first Luis, the owner hesitated and told me to come back on Monday but then we engaged in a conversation on my request. We walked out to my car and discussed the situation further and he decided that my repair could be completed. He proceeded with the fix in a professional manner and I was very impressed with the outcome and his pricing is reasonable.I need a good mechanic where I feel comfortable with the work they’ll do on my car because I’m particular about my baby.
