I had an exceptional experience at the Goodyear Tire in Thorndale, PA. Linda was incredibly kind and professional, ensuring that I felt valued and respected as a customer. The technicians were equally professional and courteous, providing top-notch service without pushing any unnecessary sales on me.
I've been a loyal Goodyear customer and credit card holder for the past 7 years, and I've always had fantastic experiences at Goodyear centers across several states. The consistency in high-quality service is truly commendable.
One important tip for fellow customers: make sure to check the manufacturing date on your new tires, as they are required to provide this information. My tires today were manufactured in 0624, which I appreciated knowing.

“I’m not one to usually write reviews but this one is much needed, I’ve known the Phillips family for over 5 years now from being a past employee to turning into a customer from the the start of my business Mike and Stacy have gone above and beyond to help me out. Phillips Automotive is the true dictionary definition of a small family owned business! Reasonable pricing compared to other local shops and dealers, to easy and up front honest solutions they are truly going to tell you how it is. Mikes not going to just have you throw parts at something if he knows it’s something that can be fixed (very well capable and experienced guy, just check out there social medias and see the true craftsmanship and pride that they take in the work they do)I’ve been referring people to Phillips ever since I have known them, I recently told a family friend of ours to bring in there Honda pilot that the dealership told them needed the following (cats, 02 sensors, motor mount and trans mount) I personally looked at the vehicle and told them that was not the case and to bring it to Phillips as I did not have the time to make the repairs or property diagnose it myself. Turns out the family friend completely forgot to mention that I sent them, but guess what it isn’t necessary when it’s a place you can trust! Mike and Stacey were up front with them and the pilot only needed an 02 sensor! Just like that they saved thousands on the repair bill and we’re not sold useless unnecessary items.Service: Auto engine diagnostic”

“I've only used these guys twice so far but I'm incredibly impressed with them! I recently got hustled by Firestone and my dad recommends this place which, if you know my dad, you know that his recommendation is a golden stamp of approval.
I just got new tires and when I called in I had done my research and found a great tire on their website. When I asked for it, the guy on the other end recommended a less expensive tire with a better warranty and way better tread since I mentioned that I like going to the mountains.
They also checked my alignment for only $100 (I was charged almost $200 at Firestone which is basically what the charged for an actual alignment!) I am definitely going to continue doing business here.”

Including an oil change...So, when I got home I noticed that the FOG LIGHTS weren't working.So I drove by today, and 20 minutes later, FOG LIGHTS WORK!!!! ?️???✌️?????.. “This was my first visit, and it was incredible. Everything was explained we had our horse trailer inspected, which is brand new. We needed work on the trailer wiring to make it compatible with the truck, replaced the 7 way plug, fixed the bumper, and a new headlight. Everyone was very courteous, and professional. “I had an oil change done, but the car smelled like oil smoke after the oil was change. I went back to ask them to check it and Josh S. The technician was of great prompt help, called the manager on duty. Josh S. was very courteous and professional.
Coach Sam came out, check the car and explained what happened as few oil drops spelled during changing the Oil filter.
Coach Sam took care of the problem instantly and personally cleaned the oil spell herself.
I was very impressed with their care and professional attitude.
I left very happy and thankful to them that was not a big engine problem.

“After my friends tire blew out and the donut put on we went to Firestone for a new tire. When we got there we were told that they couldn’t help us and to go someplace else or come back another day (there was only one customer in the place and only one car in the service bay). So we drove down to Macis Discount Tires Thorndale. It was like night and day. Mason greeted us and couldn’t be any nicer. Took the car, replaced the tire, checked the other tires, reset the computer and had us on our way within a half hour. I would highly recommend Mavis Discount Tires Thorndale! I will go no place else from now on!!”
