The customer service rep Joseph was so great with our pain in the butt situation. He made sure we were taken care of and his manager was super sweet. This man deserves a raise or at least a bonus with the way he handles customers and random situations. Most people would have gotten an attitude but not him, he took it in stride and made sure we were taken care of.

I go for breakfast when I'm in the area. I have never been disappointed. The food is excellent. Kelly's is small and gets quite crowded and noisy but it's a small detail when compared to their service, quality of food and staff.
