Had a great experience getting a suit ordered here and altered to fit right. Cannot recommend enough. I have an athletic build and because of this, can rarely find pants or a coat that fits well. To have the suit ordered and altered here was hardly more expensive than it was to buy a suit elsewhere, and the fit was far far better than anything I have had before.

not a very good cleaners customer service awful bought my nike sweat pants there they gave me my pants back the draw string was in pieces still dave them business 2 forms of clothing i picked up 5/15/2024 had bleach stains and they wouldn't fix the problem for me i walked out

The service I receive at Thorndale cleaners is impeccable. I bring many pants and shirts to be altered and Stephanie never rushes me through the fitting process. She makes sure all the hems are perfect. They always get everything back to you in a timely fashion and if you need anything sooner they are sure to accommodate

I cannot recommend this place enough!!! I came in less than a month before my wedding with a new dress that needed alterations (unfortunately, my original dress was poorly altered by another seamstress to the point that I had given up and bought a $125 dress from Lulus)They were so kind!!! It was a tight timeline and I was panicking, but they said they would work overtime if they had to because this was important and there was no other option! It was my first time coming here and I couldn’t believe the generosity. I got the dress back the week of the wedding and it was PERFECT.

Brought pants in on a Mon, for a wedding on a Friday (3pm wedding, 1 hour away), needed Friday by noon.Done!!!, I should also mention it was my first time there.I live closer to another establishment, It's worth the drive to use this place. I must add, alteration was flawless just by telling them what I wanted, they didn't see the pants on me, pretty amazing, Master Seamster(?) not sure if that's correct, I believe a man did the work.Thank you!!!

Cherry is just a doll to work with! Her shop did the alterations for my daughters wedding - both her wedding dress and my other daughters bridesmaids dress came out just perfectly!! I highly recommend Thorndale Cleaners for any and all the services that they provide.

This store was warm and smelled nice. There were live orchids all over the place and it was bright and cheerful. The lady running the place grows the orchids and even gave me some tips on keeping mine alive when I asked. I got my coat back really quick and everything was fine. good price.
