The ladies behind the counter were attentive, quick and courteous. I'm done with RiteAid and their attitudes every time I have a question; I'll be recommending Quik-Stop to any- and everyone.

I have never had an issue with this pharmacy until today and I switched to them years ago. I was honestly shocked at the pharmacists response. My copay was $1, unfortunately I was 28 cents short and was not able to use my card due to the $5 minimum. I was told to eaither add items or go to an atm and come back. I explained I needed my medication and didn't have any extra money until payday. I was basically scolded by the pharmacist after asking if the insurance would waive it. I had to drive away because I was wasting gas sitting there getting nowhere being made to feel like crap for not having 28 cents! Rather then them being a good human and understanding that I've been a long standing customer and even just loaning it to me until I swing by again which would be in a week. They made a customer feel less then, in a time when they could have chose the high road and had a different review.

What a wonderful place. Friendly, caring staff that always greet you with a smile. Weeks ago my wife was looking for a hot water bottle, a basic staple that you could expect to find at any pharmacy. Guess what? Walgreens didn’t have them, CVS didn’t have them, Rite Aid??… no. But guess what? Quik Stop had them! Great family owned business, I would highly recommend.

My husband and I moved to this area in December. We found this pharmacy and were extremely happy! We loved that we could support a smaller company. Everyone at the pharmacy was extremely welcoming and incredibly helpful. From day one, it felt as though we were part of a community. However, my husband and I are on quite a number of prescriptions. Some of his medications are life-saving. Some of my medications help my quality of life. All of our medications are extremely expensive, due to this, our deductible tends to run out mid-year. Today I received a phone call from the pharmacy, in which they stated that they were sorry, but because our deductible is up, they will no longer be able to fill our prescriptions and that we needed to find another pharmacy. They explained that they don't receive enough money from the insurance company, and what they do receive doesn't cover the cost of the drug. I thought this might be helpful if you are looking at this pharmacy and your deductible tends to run out early. They are very nice, but apparently, in the end, it's all about money.

This is the best Mom and Pop pharmacy feel. The pharmacist is great and knows you and the family. It's cool to be a person and not a number! I love the pharmacist and the staff. They are amazing. I go pretty far to keep coming here but it's worth it!
