My appointment was at 11:10am walked in the door at 11:10. Someone ahead of me was checking in. Ye know as an older gentleman and told me he was checking in as a walk in. So much obviously he was at the kiosk for a few minutes putting in all of their info and getting out his ID and insurance card. Once he finished I tried logging in I had my bar code ready but computer said I did not have appointment! I finally grabbed a tech after waiting 20 minutes and they took ok the walk in before me. The technician I spoke to said I was late so my appointment dropped off!! They saw me waiting behind the walk in so I wasn't technically late. The only answer she kept giving me was I have to take the name that comes up on the screen!! Provided more than one kiosk than if you're concerned about 6-8 minutes! They took every walk in and let me sit over two and a half hours! I had my QR code and was ready to check in standing in line! Some people take a few minutes at the kiosk especially if they are elderly! I wasn't going to rush the man ahead of me! The tech definitely saw me waiting in line so to say that I was late when you saw me waiting was RIDICULOUS! I wasn't late and to ignore me for TWO HOURS is unacceptable! I ask about every half hour and she would not tell even give me an estimate of how much longer I would have to wait! They took EVERYONE that came in after me appointment or not because I asked the people waiting. I was there at 11:15 and they took the 1:50 appointment before me! Next time I will knock it n the door if Kiosk is being used. If I didn't have an upcoming surgery soon I would have walked out! When is it ok for a medical facility to act childish and revengeful! They definitely saw me standing in line behind the gentleman who was a walk in. Petty and unprofessional.

If I could give a 0 star I would. Ordered labs not drawn. Labs NOT ordered were performed. Insurance involved as we were billed for the wrong lab. Lab required we delay epilepsy medication. Went back to have the correct labs done. Had an appointment the first time. No appointments available when we had to return. Arrived at time of opening. Explained the gravity of the situation. Employee told us "I don't even work here, I only came to open. We all have problems, that's why people are here. Wait time is 2 hours and we close at noon." Unprofessional staff, rude towards all patients, behave as bothered to be working and people show up for lab work, do not check their labs prior, during, or after completion. Do not take responsibility for failing to follow patient safety protocols.

It has been 2 times that I came walk-in for my son blood test and the services have been horrible and unsuccessful. If you don't have appointment they will treat you very awful and they will invent any excuses like they don’t have baby needles and the waiting time is more than 3 hours, seriously?. Quest Diagnostic if your employees will treat bad the walk-in patients, just remove the walk-in service at all, that’s it.

Pleasantly shocked at how smooth and easy my appointment for bloodwork went. I was called back immediately and Demi got my vein on the first try, and I’m normally an impossible stick! It takes most phlebotomists and nurses multiple tries in multiple veins. Clean facility, in and out in ten minutes. I was really impressed.

I had a blood draw here and while the staff was nice, the actual draw was less than stellar. I am usually a quick draw but it took two employees 5 tries (3 on one arm, 2 on the other) to get it. I requested to be laying flat due to history of fainting during draws and they were very accommodating and talked me through the experience. The regular rooms have the typical chair with a bar across but there is a room with a lay flat table. Both employees were very apologetic that it was taking a long time. I had a minimal wait with an appointment. The waiting room was clean. You can hear the music from the kitchen next door in some of the exam rooms, which can help distract you if you need it.

Clean, organized, and very polite staff. Make an appointment ahead of time and youll be in and out in no time.

I am usually a bit of a challenging stick. I have been there twice, and saw two different phlebotomists. They got me in two separate places, and each got me on the first try. Both were friendly and understanding. Strongly recommend!

Showed up at 06:15am. No one at location for 6:30 appointment. Finally got in at 06:45 after standing out in the cold for 15 minutes.Check in was easy, got in a minute or two later. Got rushed around to have my BP taken immediately. No 5 minute rest period while still shivering from being in the cold. I am not a health care worker but I know this is not how a BP measurement is taken. Once the reading was high, my remark that it was higher because I was cold and aggravated was met with a "that's not my fault" response from the phlebotomist. One attempt at blood draw failed. Once the phlebotomist said "let's try this" multiple times, I knew it was time to leave. Will reschedule at another location. Now I will be late for work.

Meh. It is. Crowded with many too unable to make appointments. Waited far longer than expected but I had an appointment so.......,,.,,nice plebotomist. Place is expected to be chaos.

Brought my 4 yr old in for bloodwork. Made an appointment, hardly had to wait. Employees were excellent with getting the job done. Thank you!

Excellent experience, made an appointment in advance, a couple mins wait, then quick blood test, out of the lab within 10mins, no pain, no complaints.

Literally been here for more than 2.5 hours for my drug screening. Why would you lie to the patients and give them false hope?? I don’t even know if they will take me anytime soon. If I can give this one a negative (-) 10 stars, I would!
