“One of the best post office locations I have been to, and I frequent regularly as it's the closest one to where I live. The young man who's always working when I go is always super friendly and knowledgable about shipping and postage. Things get shipped out super quickly from the location too, very efficient and accurate.”

“No offence to the other reviews on this post office but have you ever been to a different post office before? This is a small town post office designed for the volume of visitors a small town receives. They are closed for lunch. The service is great and even when there is a line (never more than 2 ahead of you) they are fast and friendly. Kimberton/Yellow Springs is just as great. I'm thankful for a nearby small town post office.”

“I would like to give a big shoutout to Ryan who helped me last month at USPS Downingtown. It was the last day before my package was to be returned to sender internationally. Ryan helped me located the package very quickly and sorted out all the issues on his end. I highly recommend this place!”
“I go out of my way to come here because the service is so much better than any local post office. Gary at the front desk is quite literally always there and is so friendly… it feels like he knows everyone in town. You can always find parking within a block or so to quickly run inside. Just wish their hours were longer. Also if your review is complaining about CALLING the post office you are obviously not up with the times on how short staffed they are. Don’t expect an answer just go by in person”

“I’ve been to the store twice in the last week. I was overwhelmed and they helped me through the process. Thank you! Can’t imagine how tough it’s been over the last few years dealing with upset customers, including myself. I was gonna leave a negative review then realized half of the trouble I’ve experienced shipping things were self inflicted. The folks there have helped me sort things out properly so everything ships smoothly. Anyway, hope you all find this encouraging.
