It is about as good as any Goodwill nowadays. They used to be affordable and so much better even 5 years ago. Very poorly organized.

Very clean and well maintained store. Wide aisles and good signs make finding what you want easy. I especially liked their senior discount.

Make sure that NO MATTER WHAT IT IS YOU FIND THERE that it has a price tag. Otherwise they will NOT let you buy it. They won't hold the item for you. HUGE let down.DON'T PUT THE ITEM ON THE SHELF UNLESS ITS PRICED. It's really not that difficult. Do your job better so that you are not getting your customers' hopes up. Especially with only a couple of days left before Christmas. People have no compassion.

Ever since they got rid of the wall shelving and put up the flimsy black shelving, this place has really gone downhill. It's hard to find anything because everything is so unorganized and a mess! Each time I go I find myself so frustrated with all the clutter that I end up leaving without purchasing anything. They no longer have furniture and the kids clothes are almost non-existent. It seems as if getting rid of the wall shelving and replacing it with the flimsy black shelving was their demise.

Horrible customer service and store policy of them not selling you items without a price tag. We found a bunch of similar style items we wanted to buy that all would be in our collection. The ones with price stickers were all $2.99. So they weren’t able to price it the two missing tags then for us we’re told we had to wait hours or possibly tomorrow. Came across as them just not wanting to do their job. They wouldn’t even hold the items for us. It’s not like they take inventory of items anyway and it’s their mistake for putting things out without a price. The manager said “they’re “ always watching… if that’s the case they should take care of customers and put prices on anything they bring out from of the back. Just so frustrating because it shouldn’t have even been a problem. Slap a couple stickers on and charge us the same price as the similar items. Guess that’s just too much hard work for them to handle.

This is the 4th or 5th time I've come in and had the same exact man take photos of me on his flip phone. I finally took one of him and caught him and he decided to sit by the register for the remaining time I was in the store after I had my husband come in to walk around with me. While I was checking out, and giving my phone number to the cashier, this man conveniently pulls out his phone and starts dialing a phone number as I could hear the beeps on his flip phone. I took a photo of him before I checked out, I don't even think this man is an employee but every time I come into this goodwill he's there waiting and ready with his camera out.

Very disappointed in this store, and in my opinion, the employee should be fired. There there was an autistic man shopping in the store, and when he got to check out, asked to buy a necklace. He was asking some random questions and the employee at the register was extremely rude to him. She kept saying, sir, I have other customers. Sir, I cannot help you and kept turning her back to him. The rudest young lady I've ever seen. After making his purchase, he asked if she could take the necklace out of the bag for him, and again, she refused, saying she was busy with other customers. At that point, I offered to do it for him and walked over. Shame on that young lady and someone needs to train her. Goodwill prides themselves in hiring everyone, including those with disabilities. In my opinion, it was an embarrassment to the organization. Everyone should be treated with kindness. How she treated him was awful and she also was making a big deal of it out loud by turning her back and huffing and puffing, saying, no, I can't help you, sir. please do better at training your employees in customer service. Everyone is a customer. No one should ever be treated like that.

This was my worst experience with donating items. I went to donate several bags of clothing that were in fairly good condition. After driving 3 miles to the Thorndale location I was told they did not have a paper receipt to give me to provide proof of the donation. That made absolutely no sense to me! I left without making my donation.

What you would expect from a GoodWill. The place wasn't very clean or organized well at all. I had trouble figuring out if they had any real system with the clothing layout and finding sizes. None of the shoe tags show sizes so sometimes you really gotta lot for them. They definitely need more employees to keep the place clean, organized, and to have someone at checkout. Myself and another customer waited a bit until someone noticed us standing around the checkout area. The women was very nice but for the size of the store I think there were maybe 2 employees there on a Saturday. You definitely need more employees.I bought a cheap pair of comfy shoes and a simple cheap shirt. They don't sell their own products so they don't really have any accountability for the quality but at least you know the price is fair.
