The woman that owns the place is a crook $350.00 to pull it 1 mile. Gate fee ? Storage 75 a day and wouldn't allow me to retrieve my work boots hard hat no personal belongings unless bill was paid in full. I suffered a brain aneurysm and was without income for a year was just getting back on my feet and she put me 10 steps back and explained all this but no compassion. I guess she really needed that 2003 Passat more than I did.And yes I planned on you're lengthy hot headed reply. Never returned my calls and what more can you take from me that was about all I had. God bless and wish you nothing but happiness ma'am sincerely.

My husband's car was impounded. These crooks charged for the weekend and holiday when it was "closed"...that's extortion! It says they are open on Friday's from 8:30 - 5:00 so I lined up a ride to drop me off about 3:30 ish. I called to notify them that I was coming and was told the fee was $665 for one week! The lady said they close early on Friday!! (How convenient)!! The earlier hours on Friday should be "stated" and I would have arranged to come earlier! She said they'd wait for me. My ride was delayed some, Gazzerro's called and he was flipping out and said that he wasn't going to be there when I got there! I said it couldn't be helped. Then he said "be there by 5:00". I was there at 4:30. They do that intentionally so you have to pay a lot more money for the weekend. Low life crooks!!

The best garage out there!! Owner is honest and does great work. My dad was a man who always took his car to the big box garages and he's officially converted to supporting local! Trust them with any and all work on my vehicles!!!

I had gotten towed for a registration being out of date and that’s on me. Unfortunately I had to pay for a tow company to get my vehicle, and although I had an issue with a charge, I called up Gazzeros owner and he settled it respectfully and timely. Great customer service

10/10 would recommend they are the most honest mechanic I’ve ever been to. As a female other mechanics would try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge about cars but not here. They always give fair honest prices and don’t try to trick you into paying for maintenance on your car that doesn’t actually need to be done. Wouldn’t take my car anywhere else to get worked on! Frank the owner is the best. Frank truly cares about his customers, always keeping you informed about work performed on your vehicle. Had the pleasure of dealing with him when my son got into a car accident and the vehicle was towed to his shop. I’m at his mercy since I live out of state and he is doing everything possible to get my sons vehicle road worthy so I can get it back home to complete the cosmetic repairs. I have only dealt with him on the phone but if I lived in the area I WOULD DEFINITELY UTILIZE HIS SERVICES. Frank you Rock Thanks again Bill Campbell from New Jersey

I can't speak to their operation generally, but I can say that my car was a total loss, their fees were already being covered, but they still offered helpful insight to me and treated me with respect and without expectation of anything in return. I would recommend based on that kind of decency alone. I wish them well.

Company is horrible, an absolute rip off. They act like they are taking care of you & then when you have their work reviewed by 2 other separate shops - both say they charged for work they didn't complete & over charged for the work they claimed to have done. Do not trust them, especially with older cars - they prey on working people.
