I wouldn’t recommend Freddy’s to anyone. The office staff is extremely rude, disorganized, and have no inkling of what’s going on. Always a different story or excuse. I’m looking to go with another company. Ignorance is not bliss. They need to learn Customer Sevice skills and how to run an office properly.

The garbage collectors are unbelievably professional and service is totally affordable. It’s a great service. Anyone who complains about them is crazy.

My lawn mower is missing after they picked dumpster up. I can see wheel marks in grass from where it was to where it went too. Lady in office said umm a lot when I called. But she spoke to the driver and he said he didn't take it! Lol! She also said ummm if you want to call police umm you can ummm.police can't do anything because no witness, but I can sure post this.
