“I'm not really a fan of supporting China and however I have to say harbor freight has a lot of things that are very useful at a decent price that even if I went somewhere else chances are it's probably from China anyway but I still don't like buying Chinese stuff but good luck finding maid in America I would love harbor freight to have a made in America section that would be awesome but I'm not going to hold my breath for it”
“This has to be one of the best run hardware stores. They are always well staffed, and they hire the nicest people who care about customer service and they are very friendly and helpful. We only buy our paints from here. We even live in Gettysburg but it's worth driving here for supplies. My wife buys her plants here every spring, because they are the only ones that live all year.”

“Today I stopped by The Home Depot store in Hanover, PA to purchase deck sealant. A woman I hadn’t seen previously was working the paint department & I’m sorry that I didn’t catch her name. She was amazing! She knew the product well and made very helpful suggestions. She really seemed to care that I had the correct product. She was also assisting another customer who was purchasing the same product. She started mixing my paint & went to check on the other customer in the meantime. She effortlessly assisted both of us without either of us feeling we were “on hold.” Such amazing customer service that you don’t witness often!”
