3615 Old Philadelphia Pike, Intercourse“Hard to find fault with a store like this. I prefer the smaller hardware store vs the big box stores. Lots of Amish customers, so you know they treat you right. ? Very friendly sales people too...”
“Mom/pop store. Believe me if you can't find it at Weaver's, it probably doesn't exist anymore. A place that always has what you think they wouldn't have.”
“This is one of the most excellent places to shop for hardware and farming supplies in the area. The store is set up in an old fashioned manner. Bins and shelves are neatly and fully stocked. This store has just about everything a farmer or homesteader might need. They have an extensive inventory of Milwaukee power tools. They also have the largest inventory of cogs and gears in the county, maybe in the state. What they do not have in stock, they can usually order. If they cannot order it, they can usually fabricate it in their machine shop. This business is not just a hardware store. It is a problem solving store. This is the kind of place you can bring and issue and someone can usually figure out a way to fix it, replace it, amend it or perfect it. This is a family owned business. It is run the old fashioned way, where people still know the proprietor and might sit and talk at the counter for a minute before ringing out their products. The employees are helpful and knowledgable. Be prepared to meet the family dog and feel free to throw her ball down one of the aisles. She will gladly fetch it for you and pester you for another toss til you walk out the door. Watch for the owner's little girls riding tricycle through daddy's store. If you want a real, bonafide country hardware store, where real people, living real lives still treat you like a name and not a number, this is the place. This isn't a Tractor Supply or an Ace Hardware. This is the real deal and a little piece of old fashioned Americana at its best, nestled right in the heart of Pennslvania's Amish country.”
“Just purchased a beautiful Groffdale Kick Bike from this store this morning.Staff answered all the questions I had. Prices were better than I expected and the overall experience was a pleasure. As with all Amish made products I have purchased over the years, my family and I look forward to and can rely on many years with it. The quality is un matchable.Thank you Staff at Esh Hardware!!”
“Have used Witmer on two occasions, the most recent was a pool pump motor that I needed done quickly, they stepped up and got it done in a day. Highly recommend them!!!!!”
“I love this little hardware store. They have fair prices, the owner is always such a big help to me and I love the garden section for anything from my succulent food to fungicide to whatever I need for my to many plants I have. I really like this store and they give you time to look around!”
“Very friendly people! I needed a few electrical supplies and even tho it was a couple minutes before closing time, they still gave me a friendly smile and asked if I needed any help! Thanks JB Zimmerman! ?”
“Recently needed warranty work done on a 2 year old snowblower. The manufacturer sent me to Honey Brook Hardware it was the closest service center to me and I live an hour away in the Lehigh Valley. They're very professional and were absolutely excellent with how they handled things. My next major purchase they'll be top of my list to go to. I'd rather drive an hour one way knowing I'll get excellent service when I need it than buy from the local big box store.”
“My purchase did not come from this store. However, it was a very helpful employee here who located exactly what I needed. She went out of her way to help me after my random phone call to the store.
I only spoke with Kelly over the phone. I asked her if she happened to have a Cub Cadet LT50 in stock even though the app said they didn’t. As predicted she said no. I said another store 2 hours away said they had one even when I called but when I made them look with their own eyes sure enough it wasn’t there.
She said some stores may have them still in the crate and that it won’t show up as available to me. She made a phone call to the store in Ronks and called me back and said that they had one still in the crate. I asked if she could call them back and tell them I would be there over the weekend to pick it up.
Kelly thank you for going out of your way help me find what I wanted instead of me wasting time calling stores across the state. Too bad it wasn’t at your store.. Doyle (the handsome guy in the photo) would have liked to thank you personally.”

Nice thing is there are random auction items owner has bought scattered around the store for sale! Kinda neat to pop in and see the new buys!”

“They have a great selection of farm supplies! They also have a decent but not comprehensive selection of hardware. They have a large selection of power tools! Prices are very reasonable and most are better than your chain store prices!”
