I echo the other posters on here. I had an absolutely miserable experience with this company. To make a long story short, we were supposed to have our shutters replaced in the fall of 2021 and the work was finally completed two weeks ago, more than one year after the owner promised the work would be done. The owner, Jonathan, repeatedly ignored my texts and phone calls, and on several occasions didn't show up when he said he would. It was only after I first threatened to report him to the Better Business Bureau and then to sue him through small claims court did he do the work. I'm not sure how he stays in business with this sort of lousy customer service. If I could give this business zero stars, I would. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

We just received our custom Bermuda shutter from Philadelphia Shutters and couldn’t be more pleased. The quality of the shutter is excellent. The color is a perfect match of the Sherwin Williams paint specified. The shutter was very well crated and arrived in perfect condition. Thanks for great product and service!

I own a historic house in Haddonfield, NJ and wanted the best quality shutters I could find. After seeing Jonathans work, I wouldn't consider another company. If you're patient and want "simply the best", then call Jonathan. True statement pieces!

The Philadelphia Shutter Company has done numerous projects for our company. The product quality is exceptional, and goods are delivered within a timeframe that is very reasonable for custom work. Highly recommended!

If I could leave a zero star review, I would. He does make good quality shutters, but he takes forever. I did business with him a few years ago, and he took two months to finally deliver my shutters. I decided to use him again, because he already had my drawings from before. This time it's been 5 months, he's had my money for more than three months, and still no shutters. He's always "Bringing them tomorrow".I'm taking him to court to get a refund, plus damages for the 5 days I've sat around waiting for him to never show up. Don't deal with this guy.

Terrible terrible customer service! I do not recommend this place. I am convinced this place is a one man company, all calls and emails seem to reach to one person being Jonathan Ebling who has been answering the phone but that’s about it. It’s been two weeks we have still not received the shutter drawing from him. Every time we call, he claims he is sending them shortly but we have yet to receive them. Very unreliable and untrustworthy. Tried other methods of communication and received no response.
