We ordered a large mirror for our bathroom. Valerie was extremely helpful. We received a reasonable proposal, acceptance and payment were all electronic do it was convenient.The mirror was great and was completed under the promised time.I will definitely use Scott Albin Glass again

Had a rock hit my windshield this morning. Called Scott Albin on a recommendation of a friend. The crack was repaired within the hour and I didn’t have to leave the house.

The glass in our patio french door accidentally got shattered by a rock that was thrown into the glass by our weed whacker. I had a windshield replaced on a '12 Honda Pilot. They did a excellent job. Everything was cleaned up well. No glue residue buildup on the windshield unlike other places I went before. My car seat was also clean at the end of the job. The people were very accommodating setting up my appointment. They got me in fast and finished the job quickly.

Scott has been one of the most helpful and professional individuals we've had the pleasure of contacting. Other companies I've reached out to have not been very personable and seemed to not take our problem seriously. Scott was the opposite! He was caring and communicated quickly throughout the process. Highly recommend!

The install technician was fantastic and no issues whatsoever the only concern is that customer care and customer service to an experienced repair facility was inadequate, you cannot by any means sell lemonade to a lemon tree, business practices are to help one another succeed and strive to render the best possible solution too any if any problem should come into play. Liability sucks.

Second time using SA Glass to replace broken auto glass. Super fast, great communication and Steve the installer is awesome! I'll be a lifelong customer as long as I'm in the area and my negligent apartment complex keeps breaking my windows. haha. But for real these guys are great!
