Clean place. Some of the staff are friendly. The others not so much. Also was extremely disappointed because when I went the first time I got quoted a price and when I went the next day it was $200 more than the original price I was told.

In April this year I purchased a Ford Lighting ER that I was told at the time of purchase will come with a free charging station ($1,300). It is late August and I did not receive it yet, contacted Ford directly and was told that I have to contact the dealership to issue a code that I can use later when I order the charging station. Called the dealership and talked with the General Manager and he said he will discuss with Ford and call me back. He called me back a couple of hours later and said that he did not get in touch with Ford and he will continue trying to resolve the issue. More than a month passed and no one called me back so I stoped at the dealership and the General Manager did not have time to talk, although he was a couple feet from me. Called the next day I got the voice mail.
This was my experience with this dealership!

Jennifer & I are very happy with our latest purchase of our 2024 Ford Bronco Sport Outer Banks. Jon & Anthony were exceptionally helpful in our finalization of our transaction. Monica was also extremely helpful in helping us obtain the proper warranty which best suited our needs! We live in Easton & this was worth the trip going to Manderbach. What a great experience I had with Anthony Rodriguez when I purchased my Explorer! I'd been watching the website for a bit and saw this beauty and it was love at first sight. I owned 2 other Explorers in the past and I'm super excited to be back into one after a few years in another SUV. This baby drives and rides like a dream. It's much more comfortable for my husband (who's 6'3") to sit in than my smaller SUV, and I feel like I'm on top of the world in that driver's seat. Anthony couldn't have made this deal any simpler to complete. Took it for a spin around the lot, and a few hours later I was taking it home! Love it!

***I love Manderbach Ford! They have been servicing my Volkswagen Jetta for the last 2 years and I’ve never had a complaint! It’s awesome that they accept all makes and models for their quick lane service! Whenever I need to schedule an appointment I’m always scheduled in right away!
