I have used this location the most in recent years for projects but you'll get the same experience whatever store you choose. Nobody is perfect but the few issues I've had have always been resolved timely. Once they got me out of a bind after 10 PM on a Saturday night when I broke my water filter. The service guy met me with a smile and I had my water back before midnight. I could go on.Thanks Martins!”
“I am terrified that this store might close one day. Growing up my mother shopped here. I have had a cleaning business for 15 years. I have bought quite a few appliances here. Including vacuums, steamers, buffers, fans etc. Service of wonderful. Several times I brought things in for repair and they fixed it in the spot. Absolutely love this establishment. I wish other stores would take a lesson from A to Z on customer service!! 5 stars are not enough!”

“I ordered a new washer and dryer on Saturday and it was delivered by Tuesday. The guys who brought it in had a very hard time due to the old house with narrow doors, but the persevered and got the old units out and the new ones in. The service was great both over the phone and in person. Highly recommend”
“I just wanted to say what a great experience we had yesterday with Martins. Our mini splits needed to have preventive maintenance on them. I called to make an appointment and they were very accommodating to our schedule. The maintenance was booked in under 2 weeks from the time I called. Yesterday Steve called on his way to our home and arrived at the time he said he would be here. He was very very professional and very informative of the mini splits. I learned a lot from him on how the systems work and what I can do to make them run more efficiently. Martins by far out shines the competition. “Pablo who delivered my washer/dryer set is the only reason I'm doing this review. He is very polite, exhibited great work ethic and takes his job very serious. Unfortunately I had to refuse the set because the dryer doesn't come with the dryer hose ( which isn't on their website) and they don't even install them anyways ( which also isn't on their website). I felt very bad that Pablo brought both the washer and dryer to my house, hooked the dryer up but then had to unhook it and take it back to the truck.”

“The gentleman was very helpful when I was looking for a basic and simple sewing machine, preferably a Janome. He demonstrated the functions and allowed me to test it also. Great machine with a great price. Told me to call or stop back anytime with any questions. Excellent service. Highly recommended!”
