Service is okay although a bit slow sometimes. The prices on the other hand are ridiculous, like twice as expensive as having Amazon ship it to my front door.

I am and always have been a fan of Staples and its reward program. It is easy to use. Enjoy receiving points for my ink and toner (always using that at my office). Just purchased my new office chair yesterday at Telford Staples. Isn't it nice? Comfortable and good for 5 - 10 hours of work (which is a normal day for me working and taking care of employer and client business. In addition I use Staples for any posters and foamboard display items I need for conferences, biz expos and reunions/events. Love my Staples and am always satisfied with their services and products. Photo of the gray Traymore Manager chair I purchased on 6/11/24. So happy to replace my very old worn out task chair.

I have worked with Staples printing services for over ten years. Joy has been great to work with because she is amazingly knowledgeable about printing of all types. Communication between customer and personnel is a critical factor in printing and Joy does an excellent job.

Asked for location of item, Manager knew the location but walked me to item anyway. after finding it he asked if I needed any more help. So Great customer service.

Do not come here to have anything printed. The staff are clueless and rude. Absolutely an awful experience. The women in charge at 4:00 pm were on 3-26-2024 was as clueless as the child she was responsible for training. Stay away.

Was double charged 2 months ago and after multiple visits to the store and countless calls they still did not refund us. The managers don’t care and don’t even bother following up. Will never go to any Staples again.

Picked up business cards today and they looked better than the example on my phone did! I didn’t catch her name, but the cashier was the sweetest and made my day!Receipt said the cashier number was 1438733 so hopefully this is passed along

Came in to have (1) photo scanned to email. They said the self scanners are the same quality as theirs (they are not and only scan to PDF). Then told me for them to scan it (2 min process) I would need to drop it off. I have had this done on the spot numerous other times at other Staples. This was a waste of a trip going out of my way.

Came in to buy an office chair a few months and the lady who ordered it for me told me about a promo they had where I ended up getting a free desk with my chair. Always pleased when employees go above and beyond just taking someone’s order

The dwarf in the printing area is rude! Needs to learn customer service skills. I understand it may be a hormone issue see a doctor sir madam
