I've been using pest control companies for over 15 years. This was the first company that charges me $130 a quarter but refused to come inside to treat our house. I asked if that's b/c it is COVID-19, and they said no, they never treated the inside unless we saw problems inside the house. They claimed treating outside and not inside was just as good. Well, since it was COVID-19, I couldn't get anyone else to come, so we had Moyer do the quarterly. We've been using them for a year, but now we are seeing issues inside the house, yet they refused to fix it without charging me again. This is what happened. With snow outside until late March 2021, they didn't treat the outside until March 25, even though they charged us their full price in Jan 20. We finally have bug problems inside the house in March 2021 and asked them to retreat. Waited 2 full weeks for them to schedule us in, so basically, we were living with these bugs for 2 weeks. Yet, a week later, the retreat didn't work, so I asked them to retreat again. It is now April. They said since it was so close to our next treatment, they would move up our quarterly treatment for the inside only, since they just sprayed the outside. Say what? Let me see. They charged me full price in Jan 2021 but didn't do the treatment until March, but now I was still haven't issue within the 3 months but they wanted to move up my next quarterly so they can charge me full price again? This means, I am paying full price but they only have to do half the job each time. I told them not to come again. We also use Moyer for lawn. I am looking for someone else to take that over also. Yes, Moyer Pest is good if you don't have issues. If you do, they will scatter away like bugs unless you open up your wallet.

Sadly we had a issue that was unresolved by the company with damage to our house while they were doing service. After they didn't help solve the issue we canceled the service and no one even ask why or wanted to know why we were not happy. Poor service recovery is a large issue at Moyer.

It's totally random. But quick, inexpensive, and convenient. You won't find many of them - and it's just a gas station - but due to it's "Johnny on the spot" appeal, it gets a high rating....

Moyer sent Andy to our home in Media, PA (Moyer bought out our old "mom & pop" exterminator) to remove and spray for wood wasps/carpenter bees in late spring. So far, very pleased. I hope the bees stay away.

The company I work for fuels here everything's fine the rest of the parking lot needs to be paved its dirt and potholes and need a restroom even if it was a porta toilet near the fuel pump. I'm sure others would agree on a porta toilet , just sayin.
