Amanda and Josh were so helpful and great to talk to. We ordered a king tempur-pedic bed along with pillows and bedding . Amanda was great with helping us decide which bed and pillows were right for us . They both let us take our time with making a decision .

Would come here again. Amanda and Josh did a great job. They were not pushy making for a great sales experience. They educated us about the different products (Mattress and Bed Frame) and let the product sell itself. We were in and out and happy with the delivery team as well.

Just purchased a Stearns and Foster with the help and guidance of Julian. Julian knew what type of mattress I needed before I did. Our experience in dealing with Amanda Weaver, the store manager, and Joshua, her assistant, was very fine, and very enjoyable. They treated us like family members or friends, and they work together very well to tell us all about the mattresses and bases, and the way Mattress Firm deals with its customers we ended up buying two mattresses and two bases which we are waiting to receive. I am hoping that the products will be as good as the service we received, but Amanda told us that if there were any problems, we should contact her, and she would take care of them. I can't say enough about them, and I would surely recommend them to neighbors friends Etc
