Hung up on when I called up for quote for a head gasket replacement. Moments prior to being hung up on I was subjected to quite a bit of profanity. I’m not sure if maybe the person that took my call thought they put me on hold or what but I couldn’t believe it. Had a buddy get a starter replaced here and the thing failed after 10k miles. Not sure if it was ever resolved but there are too many auto shops out there to worry about this one. BEWARE!Edit: Since this business now wants to question the validity of my review: Work has me up that way a few times a year but I am based out of North Georgia. I do not spend much time up there but our other branch is in Quakertown. One of my co workers up there warned me about this place but I called anyway. I’m glad they showed their true colors before I agreed to have anything worked on.

I have an older Ford Taurus and thought for sure my car was a goner from the rocker panels rusting out. The work done on my car is nothing short of art. These guys know what they're doing and my car looks AMAZING. If you need body work or any work go to these guys. They were honest and communication was great every step of the way. My 1992 GMC Box truck was running like it was on it's last leg and I was referred to KARS for service. They were able to identify multiple issues and gave advice to remedy the problems. I went ahead with their suggestions and when I got it back it ran better than it ever had before in my ownership. So thankful.But as luck would have it, the starter in that truck died (from old age) a week later. The truck went back and they had me back up and running again.Great people, with top notch service. Highly recommended.Service: General repairs & maintenance
