Wow, these guys are awesome! I brought my vehicle down to get an estimate for a loose bumper, and Tony was more than helpful, he told me to bring it back at lunch, and he would have it repaired by the end of the day, Within a few hours, my vehicle was done! “Have had a few things done here for my 2021 Durango. Latest experience was with extensive ceramic coat application. Stunning results. Granted, any time a coating is applied it will make paint look better than before. However, what clearly makes a difference at S&S is the passion, dedication, and knowledge that Luca brings to the process. Meticulous, hard working, thorough follow through, great updates and clarifications are all the things that make you feel that you are in the right place doing the right thing. “Alderfer Glass has supplied and installed both of the storm doors in our house, the front door about 3 years ago and the back door about 15 years ago. Recently the interior handle/latch mechanism on the back door broke and, because of the age of the door, a replacement part apparently was not available. So over the course of a few months Alderfer both quoted us for a new door, but also worked with me and tried to locate and fit a replacement handle for the current door. Eventually Eric found a handle on Amazon that he thought might work, and I ordered and installed it, and it does fit!.
The point is, we saved having to replace a perfectly good door (except for the broken handle) and spent under $35. Alderfer gave up a current sale, but retained a customer for the future, because their customer service and installers continue to be unfailingly helpful, courteous, and professional.”
