Ludicrous fees, rude employees, and their phone number will hang up on you long before you talk to an actual person. How they are a national chain with their level of service is beyond me.

I miss the guy Kevin that worked in front of entrance. He made people smile, including myself. Now, since he is gone I hardly visit the branch. Everytime I used to go in everyone was talking with him. Now I just get a hi from the few nice tellers, nobody else cares about customers as it seems. Kevin was Topps customer service.
