An elderly family member was very ill and we had a difficult time getting the medication from the mail order chain pharmacy the insurance recommended, one call to sheehans fixed everything! They filled the prescription for us and removed all the hassle in a stressful time for our family. We are lucky to have the pharmacy and their staff’s expertise in our area!”

“I would give more but I can't. I like that they deliver and deliver at night and care about you. I have had issues where the driver gives me my meds and they stink of cigarette smoke.i don't want to takes puff of my inhaler smelling of cigarettes. I have had scripts left between my doors even though I say I am not home. Or I open the door to grab them and the driver drops the script. I have had to call may times about fills and refills and had scripts sent to the wrong prescription center. I have had meds I was told were filled like today were done Monday but had to order and getting today. Why say you filled it if you didn't. I also dislike that messages are not passed to proper channels.”

“If you don't want to use a payment card and want to use cash it's aggravating. You have too many steps to make it convenient. The other thing is you don't get that great a deal on the price of a gallon of gas. Since you are paying for a membership fee. It should be cheaper than almost everywhere. It's not and check to see before you go filling up. Most of the time there is a gas station closer to my house that's either the same price or even cheaper. I can't really say I can recommend this place. I guess it just comes down to convenience. If it's closer than it would be worth it. If you have to go out of your way at all. Then fill up somewhere else.”

“Very friendly staff. It's very easy to refill medicine. Their app is very convenient. They deliver quite a distance. The only negative experience I had was one day they closed early and I had no clue. I really needed a med my doctor called in and I went to pick it up and I got there exactly at 2 and their OPEN sign was lit up and there were cars in the parking lot. But their door was locked and once you got to the door you seen a small sign that said they were closing at 2. While I was reading the sign to try and figure out what was going on staff walked out the side and got in their vehicles. No one said anything to me. There was also staff still inside. I'm not sure how to do it but it'd be nice if they could communicate when they are closing early.”

“Initially,we were surprised by "Alex M's" comments, and certainly investigated his accusations. We subsequently discovered that Alex never existed, and never received any medications from Custom. The comments were actually from an individual we had been doing business with at that time. We terminated our dealings with him after he billed for work that was never done. His dishonest comments only confirmed that our feelings and decision regarding him were correct. (His doctor tested the medication that was making him ill and found that it was a placebo...Really?! What doctor does that?). We stand by our workers and our products, and feel sorry for those people that try to hurt and not help other individuals.”

“I'm an over the road truck driver, and I'm not from around here.After my nightmare allergy flare up, and an emergency visit to Medicus next door due to hives and swollen itchy hands, they had my prescription filled up quickly and helped get me back on the road. They even went above and beyond by grabbing a much cheaper generic substitute for the Claritin I was about to buy. $18 total for a 10 day treatment that saved my sanity.Im never going to forget this visit to Dunmore. Not because of the pain I was in, but because of how awesome everyone was here.”

“I’ve always used Rite Aid or CVS in the past just due to location, but when I needed a medication that was out of stock, I switched to this Walmart pharmacy. These guys will show you how a great pharmacy experience is SUPPOSED TO BE!
