Here’s what one full season of closing and opening your pool with Olympic Pools looks like. Incorrect saltwater pool closure followed by incorrect opening and extreme chemical imbalance for saltwater pool led to extreme liner failure. Called to have them check saltwater generator and cell and they did absolutely nothing. Pools ruined by Olympic Pools, good luck if you call them.Edit: nice response, Olympic! Why would i call you back if your “opening” procedure resulted in our liner peeling back? You also had us get tons of weird chemicals which you didn’t put in. Our pool was dirty for days after you came here, and we had to call a different company to try and clear it. When you opened it, the cell was reset. When we called to have you come out we expected to replace the cell, which your tech didn’t do, and you never called to let us know anything.

Smaller place with only 1 door for unloading. People were friendly and had me unloaded very quickly.

I have an old hot tub that hadn't been used in years and was leaking. Called Olympic Pools.. from the very first contact I couldn't be happier. Everyone was so nice. Craig came out to assess the damage. Brian called with pricing of parts. Cory came out to replace a filter. Well turned out I needed a new heatpack as well. Cory came back replaced that fixed all leaks and pumps and viola My old hot tub is like new. Very reasonable pricing too. Thank you Brian, Cory and team. I highly recommend them..

I’ve dealt this this company my entire life, my parents have gone here for 30+ years and I had a pool put in 7 years ago by them.Recently asked them for help getting a new pool cover, which THEY picked out and provided me with based on the pool which THEY installed. Pool cover is too small, and they wouldn’t switch it out for a bigger one that fits. Not a care in the world when I talked to them, just No Returns. Will never recommend or buy a single thing from them again.

My control panel display had no power going to it, the hot tub just suddenly stopped working without warning. I called Olympic pools, they said they would come the next day at noon, the guys actually showed up an hour earlier, which we were very happy about, considering it took other companies days to get back to us prior to finding Olympic pools. The two service guys Craig and Lee Were quick and efficient. They got the display back in within 5 minutes after replacing the fuse and replaced the capacitor as well, since they said that it was faulty and most likely what caused the fuse to blow. The capacitor was $30 bucks, the fuse was $13 bucks, service was $55 and labor was $60. My total was just under $167 Jacuzzi was fixed within 30 mins and we couldn’t be happier. So glad to have had this experience as often times the negative reviews can be a reflection of the customers approach or false expectation, rather than the actual service and knowledge provided by Olympic pools. We’re very happy and I just wanted to leave this review so that others in our situation could have some peace of mind that they won’t be getting ripped off. They did tell us that it if the fuse or capacitor blow / break again, we would need a new pump, which could potentially cost a minimum of $400+. Happy it wasn’t the pump and it was basically an inexpensive fix, considering how expensive it could get to repair hot tubs. Thanks Olympic pools, this is a start of a new working relationship.P.S. I discovered the light inside my jacuzzi stopped working after the fix, I called Olympic pools and they put me in touch with the repair guys that were here right away Craig and Lee, the guys said they wouldn’t be able to come back until after the holidays but explained that it was an easy fix and told us how to replace the bulb. We’re grateful for the quick response and over the phone instructions. ????????????????

We had our pool opened they quoted us 250 and they charged us 295 and the only thing they did was take the cover off and hardly any sock in it. Then had them come install a salt generator and filter and Brian quoted us 3200 installed. Well needless to say he lied and the bill was over 3800. Please please don't use them unless you get it in writing. I also wouldn't go to the Taylor location Brian is a complete scam and don't trust them.
