Our PCS move from Maryland to California was contracted with them through the military. They took apart furniture that shouldn’t have been taken apart, damaged multiple items, and misplaced a 65 inch TV in its original packaging and my husbands bowling bag containing about $500 worth of gear. They gave us an estimated date of arrival to California and we planned our travel plans around this date so we wouldn’t be waiting around for our household goods. Ten days before their anticipated arrival date they called and said that they would be arriving the next day, a Friday, and we weren’t planning on being there until Monday, so our stuff went in storage. It was two weeks before the storage company was available to deliver our household goods. When we claimed the missing items we received an offer of $599 for the tv (which we paid $1500), siting market value and $250 for the bowling gear, siting no proof of original purchase. What a great way to say “thank you for your service.”
