I am on my second vehicle from here and I do not have one bad thing to say about this place. I bought a car a few weeks ago and a few days ago, the thermostat went in it. I brought it in and they had it fixed within a couple of hours and I got my car back. They didn’t ask questions, and they didn’t charge me a dime for parts or labor. Dave in the service department is a great guy and showed amazing customer service. I didn’t once feel like I was a nuisance and I was treated with nothing but respect. I recommend this place to everyone. I am very pleased with my entire experience here.

Listed my truck on KBB and within minutes got a call from Corey, he asked the routine questions and when I was available so they can take a look at it. I walked in the next morning and Corey was extremely helpful and honest, he explained why i wouldn't get much for the truck which i already knew considering the condition it was in. I said a number he spoke to the owner and we met in the middle. Great staff! Would definitely recommend.

I was preapproved online, I went in FIRST THING in the morning as soon as they opened and I explained it to two different sales agents,
Neither bothered to ask my name or anything about me or what car I was interested in and was told we will call you back.
Never heard back obviously

This place is great until they get your money.
I bought a car from them several months ago and the salesmen were nice and helpful, but I had issues with the tires right away. The tread on the front tires was barely passable, and the tire pressure light was coming on because there was a nail in the rear tire (I know it was there when I bought it because the light was on when I test drove it, but off again when I bought it. It took a while to come back on after they refilled the tire, implicating a slow leak--so the nail was in the tire the whole time).
I brought it back in under warranty for this issue and a couple of other things, and they basically refused to do anything for me, as well as making me feel stupid for even bringing it in. I left that place after getting nothing done, feeling insulted, and sobbing and will never ever go back. I even have a coupon book for routine service at their garage, and I will gladly pay full price to go ANYWHERE else. I ended up having to buy 4 brand new tires right after getting the car.
Unbelievable jerks.
Edit: Turns out they also sold me the car with a damaged alternator, which in turn ruined my battery. So $850 later the car is running alright...for the moment. But I don't expect it to stay that way.
And my friend who bought from them at the same time I did also just had a ton of expensive repairs, which could have been avoided if these people didn't use garbage parts to fix their garbage cars.
