Dr peroone is a good doctor his staff is rude and very ignorant . Need a form filled out for worked paid 125$ . Then to be told i have to go back up in person to watch him fill the form out . Or they can't promise if he will even do it or not

Dr. Perrone and his staff at Redi-Care really do a good job for a busy as a place as they are they try to meet everybody needs as best they can I highly recommend them

Completely unprofessional "doctor" who flinches at the sight of blood. Forces patients to wait hours only to say they won't do anything and then cops an attitude when called out for their terrible service. Staff looks embarrassed with her behavior and her terrible attitude. Save yourself some time and don't see this Fossil. I guess retirement just isn't an option for some. Will be reporting to the medical board. If I could give less than one star I would.

Needs to update there number to a business line or something of the sorts ..other than that the staff was respectful and followed covid safety procedure to the T

my family member switched here for a doctor. they are IMPOSSIBLE to get a phone call through to. they have yet to approve the papers for medicare to get his test strips so he can properly administer his insulin (over a month with no strips or refills on his life sustaining medications) my family member has called and faxed. pharmacy has faxed multiple times... nothing.. during a pandemic when isolation is recommended. this is awful. they should be ashamed.

They open at 9 am but the if you call you continually get the answering service ! To top it off the place is nasty dirty! The rugs are filthy ! Stay away

I came here a few weeks ago with general problems wasn't in a hurry or in serious pain so i didn't complain about waiting over an hour in the lobby to see a doctor, when I was finally called back, I explained to the male nurse why I was there and then sat in a room waiting for a doctor for over an hour! I arrived at 4:45 and didn't leave until 7:30, are you kidding me?! It wasn't even busy! Fast forward to receiving a letter asking me to come back to go over my blood work results, I arrived again at 4:45, this time to a packed house, wasn't called to the window til 5:30, when I was only 3rd signed in that hadn't been called yet. When I went to the window, I advised the receptionist that my insurance changed, I had received a card but didn't have it on me so I wrote the number down for them to have.. Well, I was immediately told with an attitude to "bring the card when I have it" well I don't have it with me now I replied, again, rudely, "well bring it when you do" with a nasty smirk and rude laugh as if I was an idiot! So I explained that I wrote the number down for them because my old insurance isn't valid and I wasn't about to pay for the visit?! She then snatched my paper from me with the number written down and slammed it onto the copy machine, handed it back and told me to have a seat, I then asked if she wanted to know the reason for my visit and of course the answer was rudely given with "NO I DONT, THEY WILL ASK YOU INSIDE" I couldn't believe it. The last time I was here, everyone was kind and the only complaint I had was the ridiculously long wait.. this time, I get treated like s*** from a short obnoxious receptionist with glasses who clearly hates her job and shouldn't be the first person you have to communicate with when most people coming here are not feeling well. I sat and watched her be rude to every single person she checked in before and after me, also asking why they were there.. I will unfortunately never come again without an appointment or I'll be finding a new place to go for my medical needs

Maybe you should have it listed that you stop taking patients 30 minutes before you close!!!
