What stood out most was the customer service. A few employees were especially helpful when I had questions about where to find certain items. One associate in the electronics section patiently helped me compare products and made great recommendations without being pushy. Another employee in the grocery department went out of their way to check in the back for something I couldn’t find on the shelf.

Prices were very reasonable, and I appreciated the wide variety of choices in each department—from fresh produce and household supplies to clothing and tech. The self-checkout process was quick and efficient, with staff nearby to assist if needed.

Parking was easy, and the location is convenient whether you're local or just passing through. Overall, this Walmart exceeded my expectations. It’s a reliable one-stop shop with friendly staff and good energy. Highly recommended for anyone in the Scranton area!”

“I’ve always used Rite Aid or CVS in the past just due to location, but when I needed a medication that was out of stock, I switched to this Walmart pharmacy. These guys will show you how a great pharmacy experience is SUPPOSED TO BE! Not only do they always have my medication which is out of stock everywhere else, but the staff is so nice and friendly, and always happy to help with any questions you have. “Recently I purchased medications at the Walmart Pharmacy in Taylor, PA. The pharmacist Stephanie was exceptional. She went above and beyond to solve my issues. First week of January and change in health care plan came with it's own set of problems. My pharmacy coverage wasn't updated in the system. Stephanie called my insurance pharmacy help line and stayed late to solve my problem. Later on, she helped to use GoodRX coupons to save money. Subsequently on same day, my insurance updated their system. Next day when I was in waiting line at the Walmart pharmacy to get a cash back of the difference, she had already pulled my records before I reached the counter. Stephanie has set an example of an ideal customer service.”
