I originally got estimates from a couple of auto body shops and Phillips was the most expensive, but also in the same ballpark. I ultimately chose them because they seemed very professional and had availability within a week to take my truck in and that was worth the added cost to me. The least expensive place had a great reputation but had a 3 month wait time. Overall very happy with the timing and their work and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future or recommend them to others.”

With my increasing use of online parts, I feel some guilt about not giving them more of my business. Recently found myself stranded with a bad starter in my pickup hours before a profitable few days. Pop started the truck and made it there, left it running and ran in to see if they had one in stock. Of course they did. And the lady even waved my core to save me the hassle of walking back in and waiting for the return process.Installed in the nearby empty lot. Walked back in with core and left it on the counter with a thankful nod. I dread the day when I can't access this service in a pinch.”

The gentlemen at Service were able to get me in immediately and put four new tires on my rig. They showed me the back of the tires (fully deteriorated) and showed honest concern that I had been driving on them.
