I wish I could give zero stars!! I felt uncomfortable from the moment I walked in. Only one person was willing to help me. The others stood around a table gossiping and whispering (I'm sure about me). While the man who helped me was nice, he wasn't listening to me. He just kept saying "ok" instead of explaining things. Any time I'd ask a question, the table of non working employees would stare at me and judge. It was a terrible experience all around. THANKFULLY I was able to go to the certified retailer in the mall and Jeff the employee there was so nice and so caring and so helpful. I was able to not only get a new phone, but an upgraded phone. Even though my screen was cracked (which your store told me was impossible). I would NEVER suggest this store to anyone and encourage everyone to go see Jeff inside the mall !!

FANTASTIC customer service provided by the store manager (Ally? Spelling?) On our way back from a day-trip to the mountains my husband's phone stopped working. We walked in and were promptly greeted with a smile.
Our questions were answered professionally. She made recommendations that made logical sense for our needs and budget. Since my husband's phone was over three years old and paid off we were able to upgrade to a new phone for next to nothing. With the addition of a few accessories (which she also provides us a discount on!) we left spending only about $165 for taxes and fees and the accessories. We're happy campers!
I will be back if and when I need an upgrade on my own phone!

Ali was a tremendous help and assisted with every question and concern that we had during the transfer. She was a pleasure to work with and would gladly refer someone to this location!

This will turn to a 5 star when they finally get everything done. I've been going through a switch over from another carrier. I have wasted to many trips for no answers. It's been 2 weeks. The service is amazing. I just am tired of wasting gas. Spending more money and not knowing what's going on. Them trying to say the same thing over and over again when it's obvious they just don't know how to do what's needed.

WARNING: This place will steal from you.I just found out that the guy who “did a $1000 trade-in on my iPhone” actually stole my phone and charged the account $1000. This was back in May 2022. I believe his name was Josh (but my memory could be wrong). He was very personable and talked to me excessively about how he was in the military and had tattoos on his arm that read “Semper Fi.”Background: I’m on a family plan, and my mom is the only one who has access to the bills. The salesman told me that I could do a $1000 trade-in for my iPhone and pay the difference off for a new Samsung Galaxy Z, so my new phone would never show up on my mom’s bill (which was very important to me), because it would be completely paid off.Yesterday, I went into a different Verizon store to buy a new phone, and they said that I needed to pay off the balance on my old phone. I was confused, as there should be no balance. They said that there was no record of a trade-in, and they showed me that my mom has been making payments on $1000 this entire time!? I was sick to my stomach when they showed me this.I was told that it appears the salesman at the Verizon store at Pittsburgh Mills stole my phone, as the trade-in was never actually performed. The “papers” that he made me quickly e-sign were falsely explained to me by the salesman as a trade-in, while the entire time, what I was actually signing an agreement to make monthly payments on $1000 for the next 36 months.AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. This place will literally steal from you. I can’t believe this happened to me at a Verizon store. I definitely learned an expensive lesson at this place… Never trust what you’re signing is what someone tells you you’re signing.

The absolute worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Checked in only to wait 30 minutes to find out they’re out of phone we wanted. Clerks walking around chatting with people that come in after us. No follow up, no apology, nothing. Avoid this disaster.

If you want your wife to get ripped off while she's out of town with a non-functioning phone, this is the place to go! They'll be sure to lie to her saying that a new plan is the same price when it's actually $40 a month more expensive after convincing you to change the account management to allow a phone purchase. Now I get to spend an hour with customer service to undo what the salesman at this store did.

Was lied to the entire time by the employees, who were only trying to make a sale & maximize their commission.I went in with a cell service problem after hearing from a job recruiter that every attempt to call me went straight to voicemail. It turns out that for the past 3 weeks, I hadn't received ANY inbound calls. :)I was missing job opportunities, but did the employees care? No. They adamantly claimed it was due to my phone being "3G" and that the SOLUTION was to upgrade to a new phone. All a ploy.Their 1st offer was around $120/mon. And when I looked at the screen and asked what those $30 of addons were, mans really said, "I've never seen that before." Trying to swindle me! Imagine if I hadn't known better. I'd have signed up for their expensive plan, thinking the issue was resolved, only it's not, and now I'm out close to $100 and probably missing even more calls from job recruiters. These people do not have your best interests in mind!I almost certainly knew that the whole 3G thing was b**ls**t or sheer ignorance whilst unwavering confidence. Looking up my phone after leaving revealed my phone supports 4G. It took 30 seconds to verify that smh. Mans also really had the audacity to state that on the back of my phone it was written that my phone was 3G! He must see in x-rays cause I see nothing on that surface. Not only were the employees conniving, incompetency plagued the responses to my inquiries. They clearly did not know the tools they're supposed to be experts on. I asked one how much memory the phone had, and he didn't know what I meant. I'm never going to purchase a phone unless I know how much RAM it has.Further troubleshooting on my part revealed that my cell service is perfectly fine, but I pretty much already knew that. I think the problem is a server-side disagreement between my prior mobile service provider and Verizon about who owns the number and provides my service.Other services provide all I need for $5, so screw that $70-$120 postpaid subscription.

Some stores are good. But some are horrible. Cause the sales associates don't want to help customers at all
