Was told tablet was free. Turns out I was paying for it. When I tried to cancel they said I had to pay for. Didn't pay now they reported to my credit. Can't fight big companies but be damned if they gonna rip me off. Go to Verizon.

Dee Jay was very helpful. Made up for an awful experience at the Natrona Heights location. Decided not to leave t-mobile and always use this location.

After having a horrible experience at another T-Mobile location I was more than pleased with the service I received at this location. The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable and had a wonderful rapport with one another. I applaud their excellent customer service skills and am confident I will be back to the Tarentum store specifically for any of my cellphone service needs.

This place was outrageous. They would not except a return with the receipt! They even went as far as not letting me into the store. Would not let me file a complaint. They said "if you wanted a return you would have to call Corporate and maybe you can mail in your return." When i said. "A place with good customer service would have offered to call for me and get to the bottom of this.". They threatened me with security and the police.Went to another location in Kittanning they helped me no problem. And then informed me they have the power to help and could of made the return. They just didn't feel like it. And that is something they hear about that store often. I have bought two phones out right in lat location. Never will they get another dollar from me.

Fast, efficient service. I needed my screen protector changed, and I was having issues with not receiving calls/dropping calls or texts. My phone service just was not working well at all. The tech working helped fix the problem. Thank you!

I’ve been a customer Spring for the last five years since T-Mobile bought it I haven’t been able to go to a store and do whatever I need to do, I went to this place and first the system was down for my company and second they couldn’t do much because they were not allowed to I’m really disappointed with the company at the moment

They picked up the phone at 10am saying they couldn’t help right now because they had customers in the store it’s now 330pm and I’ve been call for hours to have someone else pick up and say they have customers in the store they cant help me! Like am I not a customer Bc I called? The two men working today definitely need to be retained!
