You are getting 1 star because it's the only way I can write a review. You don't even deserve that! On 3/11, I purchased 4 tires from you that were to be mounted and balanced @ $20 per tire = $80! Upon picking them up, you told me that you could not balance them! But DID NOT offer to refund any of the $80 that I payed, for services that were not fulfilled! I had to take them to a private tire center to have them balanced properly, costing me even more $$$! I'll never do that again! BUYER BEWARE!

I like Sam's Club but my husband loves it, he is there every 2 weeks, but I decided to go with him on April 7th, 2023, because I needed a new vaccum, and I wanted to get other items, on our way out the door, I spotted pillows, which I had my husband go back in line to purchase, we had two receipts, when we get to the door I told "JL" that was on his name badge that I had two receipts, he scanned it, but he clearly heard me say I have 2 receipts, he decides to scan the pillow receipt and says very loudly that is not scanning, none of the items are scanning, I said I told you that I had too receipts, but let me state why I got upset because there was someone in front of us, he scanned one item in her cart, but when I was there is scanned every item in my cart like he was going to catch me stealing, my husband never gets mad but that day he said something to him and walked away. I rather just go to another Sam's Club, then making me feel as though I did something wrong, we have been Members for years.

To whom It May Concern:As a customer of Sam's Club since its very beginning in our community, I have been a member. I was aware of Sam's Club and did research as to whether it offered competitive prices on a variety of products. I have continued to purchase our prescriptions at Sam's Club as I felt they handled things promptly and were very customer friendly even though the cost was more than other pharmacies in the area. About two months ago, they overcharged me the rate for my prescription for someone who did not have insurance coverage. I HAVE health care coverage and it is listed with them. This past week, my credit card was billed for my RENEWAL for a second time. In other words, THEY billed me twice. I had to get ahold of someone at my credit card corporate headquarters as I knew that I had already paid for the RENEWAL in September (early) rather than November. This was infuriating to me with the current state of our economy as retired individuals. I had to go all the way to the store to have that corrected. In addition, This week, 12/13/2022, the girl at the pharmacy told me that I owed my renewal. I told her that I had paid for it in September. They were about to decline to provide my medication and I told them that I had paid for MY RENEWAL on September on the 12th, 2022. Keep in mind that we have excellent credit. I then went to Sam's Customer Service Dept. They looked up my account and told me that I did NOT pay for my renewal. I went home and printed up the statement showing that I had paid it in September, on the 12th of Sept. The Reference number on the account is listed and I had paid in ADVANCE in September. Why was this account information not on Sam's computer Screen at the store? I would assume that everything is up to date. It is time-consuming for ME in addition to being embarrassing as a LONG STANDING Customer who PAYS for MEMBERSHIP in a timely fashion. I then brought the statement all the way to the store and showed it to the girl the very next day. She FIXED my card so that it is now ACTIVE after all the HELL that I Went through I wanted to inform your MAIN office so that I will be COMPENSATED for these Humiliating MISTAKES made by YOUR EMPLOYEES. I will expect a response back from your office. I have been with Sam's Club since they were built in Butler, PA.

Used the optical department for the first time for a new Contract RX. Well, I picked up my order and got home and the wrong RX was ordered for my one eye. Then the associate told me on the phone that they would order the correct one and mail it to me AFTER they received the wrong box back. Seriously? Your error and I pay for it? I’m having surgery in 5 days and won’t be allowed to drive for a few weeks. This definitely was not a good experience and it most definitely be my last dealing with the Optical department. I will continue ordering my contacts from Contact Lens King from now on.

Surprisingly this Sam's location is quite possibly the best one in the Pittsburgh area. I know that may sound odd for those living in the area, but take the extra time and make your way up here. You will not be disappointed. When I say that, what I mean is that each time I have visited this location they have everything in stock when compared to other locations. Each visit I have been able to find the staples (or maybe they are the new staples) like toilet paper, facial tissues, water. Yes, it is located near the dreaded blackhole that is known as Pittsburgh Mills, but don't let that stop you from visiting. All of the businesses outside are thriving as compared to the mall. Sam's is kind of tucked back from other businesses, basically it sits next to Walmart at the end of the road. Parking lot feels a bit smaller than others, but it seems to work seeing how quickly people are in and out of here so quickly. Staff were pleasant and helpful when dealt with. The whole store was clean and stocked.

Love this Sams! Rarely I come in but everytime I do they have a great selection of meat and produce! Store is nicely stocked and clean. I enjoy shopping here!

Only complaint I bought a gallon of Schneider’s tea and got home only to notice that someone had opened it and drank some. Clearly I do not blame the club just fair warning everyone be on the lookout. The seal looked intact whoever dis it made sure to make it look unopeened.

It's your one stop shop for all your household needs I don't have a membership but I go with my dad the praises are better than any store and you'll pay for the membership with your savings. I like they always have samples so you know what your buying

This place is great. You get a great selection in bulk food and they often have greatly reduced clothing. Who would have thought. You must come every week to chk on the deals. This store is always clean, the customer service is satisfactory, and the lines are never too long during the week. There aren't many samples to try though if you are a sampler. Wrong location for that.

Price: Fair, $90 for contact lens eye exam. Quality: Austin White is an excellent optician. I've had close to 20 exams in the last 15 year and he's incredibly thorough and diligent The bad: The staff does not inform patients when Austin is running behind schedule. I waited 50 minutes for a 20 minute eye exam. Reprehensible. I made the appointment the same morning, so there's truly no excuse. They had my contact information and did not notify me of the delay. Customer service is in the toilet in general and the women in the optical department were shining examples of this attitude. After paying my bill at the end, I floated the idea that they inform the rest of the patients of the schedule delay. I was met with a blank stare, then they returned to eating more junk food & gossiping.

I've had the best care from a gal named Hazel at the Optical Center inside of Sam's. I had a problem with insurance covering a prescription. She called and provided me with updates to the status of my claim. Once it was processed, she contacted me to let me know that the claim was processed -- all done! Hazel goes out of her way and provides the professional customer care that is so lacking these days. Kudo's to Hazel! She gets a 10 from me! I stop in to the Pittsburgh Mills location about 2 to 3 times a week just to pick up fruit and veggies and the roasted chicken. The roasted chicken is a lifesaver when it comes to dinner time. Would love to see someone demonstrating different meals to make with the roasted chicken. Instead, I head to PINTEREST for 'store bought roasted chicken ideas' and find plenty online. This store stays busy all of the time because of the location. Store does not take American Express card.

This review is based solely on the Auto&Tire center,it has nothing to do with the rest of the store which I have never really had a bad experience with. My experience was this- Ordered a set of tires online and was informed that I would receive a text when they arrived in the store. A few weeks went by without a text before I finally called the store to hear that they have been there for days. I go there,pay the full price upfront for all 4 tires/instillation/tax etc. which I thought was strange because most shops charge you AFTER doing the work on your car. So I wait a good hour or so to be informed that they could only put 2 of the new tires on because they stripped two of the lug nuts on the back,I was told by the worker to go and get two new lug nuts and come back the next day for them to put the other two tires on. I reluctantly go and buy the lug nuts,come back the next day to be told by another worker that they cant get the lug nuts off at all and that I would have to take it somewhere else to get them removed. After much frustration and running around I told them to forget the entire order and to give me a full refund. The next day I went to Highland Tire to receive an even lower price for the same set of tires than Sams Club was offering and they had absolutely no problem removing the lug nuts that Sams Club said would have to be cut off because they were stripped so badly.....overall experience was terrible and I will certainly never go back to Sams Club for tire or auto repair,stay clear of the chain stores and go to the professionals at Highland Tire.
