Store itself is organized well and a pleasure to shop through but the staff are often hostile and rude enforcing corporate policies.
After being treated rudely at the door the manager, Taylor, did nothing but escalate the situation further.
My family and I have been members for years but I think we will take a break until they learn how to treat customers at this location.

I don’t understand why this club doesn’t participate in the early opening for plus members. Most of tje other locations offer plus members 8:00 AM access

I’ve always been able to get the products I wanted there, and more, but for the past five or six weeks they never have the precooked thick sliced bacon . Is there a shortage on bacon products or what’s happening?

Bring back Beard Guy in the Cafe! He makes the best pizza! He was not there today and the pizza had burnt cheese on top and the crust was doughy and chewy. Beard Guy has the best pizza baking techniques!

The store is very well laid-out, with everything easy to find. I've always found the employees to be friendly and helpful. The store is clean, and the bathroom are always clean as well.

**DONT BUY MEAT HERE!!**. Bought a family size pack of bone in pork chops. On use through date was going to vacuum pack the product but it had ALREADY gone bad!! This was in the span of a day or two. Called customer service and the said to bring the meat in …within the next 15 minutes of them closing the store otherwise there was nothing they could do for us! Terrible customer service solution to an unhappy situation.

The club is shell of what it once was. You have worker playing music from their phones ( witch isn't suppose have on the floor at all) so loud can clearly be heard 6 isles over. Cart pusher leaves 6 cars right in between the in the members way.

The scan and go app makes it worth the trip. And now they have added the Cafe to scan and go. There are often 8-10 people in line, and I get to jump in front of all of them. Just use the app to order food, and they hand it to you quickly, and you have a completely separate line. I've never had to wait for my food!
