I had a wonderful experience visiting PNC Bank in Tarentum over the past few week. Chuck Spencer, my representative went above and beyond my expectations, showing compassion and kindness due to a recent problem I have having. Highly recommend!

Really slow and the staff don't seem to know what they are doing a lot of the time. I would imagine they are understaffed, but I would recommend you stay away if you want to use the drive thru service lane. They are really nice however which keeps it from the 1 star.
