The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable and had a wonderful rapport with one another. I applaud their excellent customer service skills and am confident I will be back to the Tarentum store specifically for any of my cellphone service needs.”
“FANTASTIC customer service provided by the store manager (Ally? Spelling?) On our way back from a day-trip to the mountains my husband's phone stopped working. We walked in and were promptly greeted with a smile.
Our questions were answered professionally. She made recommendations that made logical sense for our needs and budget. Since my husband's phone was over three years old and paid off we were able to upgrade to a new phone for next to nothing. With the addition of a few accessories (which she also provides us a discount on!) we left spending only about $165 for taxes and fees and the accessories. We're happy campers!
