I talked to someone in the pro center because I wanted a palllet of concrete down and he told me to just take the bag that is a different color that it’s the same things I explained to him I’ve poured 40 bags of concrete already and and I don’t want to take the chance that it’s not right he proceeded to argue with me telling me it’s the same after I told him I’ll just buy it somewhere else he continued to argue telling me he’s worked here 10 years. That he “will not get a pallet down when there’s 2 pallets of the the other colored bag”. If you spent hours and all the money pouring 40 bags of concrete would you take the chance? Wether he thought it was the same or not there was no reason for him to be rude after I told him I’ll just get it somewhere else. I love Lowe’s but was very disappointed with this one. I will not be returning unless it’s an absolute necessity.

Do not buy online. Do not buy online, do not buy online.LOWES is the worst online platform to buy your stuff. They lied about delivery dates with at least 1 week and more.Never use their online. They do not show tracking number information because they know they do not commit to their orders.Additional details...I called customer service more than 7 or 8 times, they have no idea where my order is, and to get rid of me, they gave me the third party logistics company number... Yet it was even more shocking and surprising that the logistics company does not know where the package is, where the truck is, and where the driver is???!!!!! What logistics company are you partnering with Lowes ??!!! They do not have until this moment a visibility on when my shipment will be delivered!!!??? What a service, Lowes !! Good job in ruining customers' lives.Not only this, I have tried many times with customer service to cancel my order, before my order was picked up ( again , before picking up the order), and they refused to do!!! Do you know why? To charge me the shipping cost !!!!!! They told me we can not cancel and refund until you receive the order, and then you return the order, and by then, you will not be refunded the shipping cost!!! Yet again, the order was not picked up yet!!.One more thing, how on earth I can return large size order without additional cost on me since I do not have truck !!???So LOWES enjoys customer suffering and losing their money on shipping and returning, while they could have eliminated this while the order was at their warehouse.AGAIN and AGAUN ... DO NOT BUY FROM LOWES Online .... DO NOT BUY FROM LOWES Online ....

I had a really bad experience with Lowes. In September, I visited the store to order a cooktop, wall oven, and rangehood with installation for all. I was told that before I placed an order, a detailing visit was required for the cooktop and wall oven, but not for the rangehood. Over a month went by to complete the detailing as the installer and Lowes did not communicate or follow up with each other or with the customer.In late October, I ordered all three with installation at the appliance department. The installer came in early November and installed the cooktop and wall oven but refused to install the rangehood because no detail had been done for it, contrary to what the salesperson told me earlier. The detail for the rangehood was finally completed in late November. It is now the third week of December, and I am still waiting for my rangehood and installation.It's unacceptable that it takes over three months to purchase and install standard appliances from Lowes. This timeframe is despite my calling Lowes once a week. In frustration, I decided to order the refrigerator, dishwasher, washer, and dryer from another big box store. The entire process from ordering to delivery to installation was completed within 10 days. Lowes and their detailer/installer are very inefficient and frustrating.

11/28 @11:45am… only 1 cashier working on the lumber end (nice older lady), but there was 5 other employees having a freaking pizza party smelling up the whole place with their greasy food. This ain’t Chuck E. Cheese. Take it to the break room. Eat your food OFF the clock and OFF the sales floor. Then get back to work. Tired of cashiers eating all the time!!! So gross.

We use this store often. If there were other options closer, I wouldn't go here at all. 90% of the time I go here, items I need are either not stocked on shelves or out of stock for days on end. For example. Needed 1/2" sweat on shutoff valves. All shelves were bare. But all the shark bites and compression fittings were plentiful. Another example. Ordered hardwood flooring, 2 separate orders a month apart. I was told it would be in by Wednesday both times. Did not receive anything until Thursday night. When I called to check the status of the order it took nearly a half an hour to get an answer. Then in preparation for the hardwood flooring i needed flooring cleats for the hardwood flooring gun i bought, none in sight. The guy who tried to help just kept staring at the shelf that was empty. His system said there were 6 in stock but he couldnt find any. Every other store in a 25 mile radius has 15+ in stock. This is a lack of management. Even the cashiers will tell you the managers aren't doing their jobs. One manager rides around putting the handicapped carts away. Maybe he should be a little more focused on management and leave the carts for the stockman. Some employees are very helpful. Sam in flooring is awesome. I don't remember their names, but guys in plumbing department are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. One woman always in returns is working her butt off with a huge line and multiple employees just standing around talking or not helping. Again, lack of management. We needed 30 sheets of 1/2"drywall. We asked if they could bring them out and load with fork lift. 20 minutes later we loaded them on the cart ourselves and had half of them loaded, when the guy comes out escorting the fork truck. He yells at me "we have the sheets right here!" With an attitude. I explained that it took too long and time is money. He followed up by yelling across the lot to other employees that they took too much time, with an attitude. We are contractors and time is critical. Yet they have a contractor checkout, a huge line, and one cashier. Pro desk has 1 employee, usually sitting at a desk or on the phone. How is this beneficial for contractors? Nothing "pro" about my experiences at this store.Staff who are assigned departments should also be knowledgeable and or trained in what they are selling. Not just looking up items on the phone like I can do myself. If it wasn't for the above mentioned employees I'd give 1 star.Since I can't respond to lowes comment, I'll write it here. Instead of a generic answer, why don't you show us that your fixing the issues if you want us to give you another chance.

So I want to purchase the XTR impact wrench but they only have it with a battery and charger. I have 2 chargers and 6 batteries already. I don't want or need any more. The store however won't break down the bundle and just sell me the impact by itself. Why is this? This makes no sense to make me buy something that going to collect dust. How isn't there a policy to separate the bundles?

If you ever purchase any type of appliance from Lowes, DO NOT let them install it for you! They use a third party that apparently does not know what they are doing! We just realized they hooked our washer up wrong and switched up the hot and cold hoses, the whole time I was washing in hot water and shrinking clothes and wasting money...... I had to fix it myself. Before we noticed that, they said they couldn't level our refrigerator doors after they came multiple times to fix it and then said it was past the warranty..... Their customer service is absolutely horrible!I normally don't complain like this especially because I work in retail but this was ridiculous!!!DO NOT GET LOWES APPLIANCES INSTALLED BECAUSE MORE THAN LIKELY THEY WILL MESS IT UP!
