"What was this pulled from your 401k for"" my mother passed away 9 months ago""That's a shame"While not even looking at me." yes, it is a shame I miss her it's been very upsetting"With a less than kind tone.Woman couldn't explain why anything was different from last years taxes, honestly she was rude and didn't answer any questions I had.Not a tax professional when she can't at any point say "I'm sorry for your loss"or "my condolences". Don't say anything at all lady.Furthermore she doesn't know any intricacies of her own profession.That's the real shame here...Thanks for being rude and truly ignorant of your own profession.
