“We had been looking for a dining room set with some fairly specific qualities and decided that being able to customize was the way to go. I was prepared for it to be a tedious process and was very pleasantly surprised when Matt immediately suggested a starting point and guided us easily through the rest of our choices. Considering the quality of the pieces and the superior experience, I really believe the total cost was a bargain, especially since we would have spent nearly the same amount on non-custom pieces that I’m sure would not last as long. And it was fast! We spent about an hour in-store in March and the completed furniture was delivered (also without any hassle) in early June. All in all, couldn’t be more pleased!”
