I feel completely satisfied with the service I received from Bon-Way Auto Body. Everyone was so helpful, kind and professional. They made sure to answer all my questions. My car was completed in a timely manner and the repair looks great. I was referred to his shop and I would recommend them to anyone who needs body work. Had some body work done on my truck there. The cab corners were replaced. I have to say they did a nice job on them but putting the truck back together wasn't good at all. I had them replace the nerf bars. They put new ones on but didnt put the new brackets on. Whe old brackets were weak and the nerf bars were saging in a couple of weeks . Also when it was done the rear bumper was tilted up in and the lights for the plate never worked after the worked on it. I took it back and the said the couldn't align it. As far as the nerf bars i had to pay someone else to beef the up as they didnt know what they did with the new brackets.

Incredible service and the work done was absolutely perfect. Ray the owner is so great to deal with. All i did was drop off the car and he handled the ins company and all the details. Hes my go to body shop now. You feel at home dealing with bonway. Thats the honest truth.
