Worse place to take a Husqvarnabt150 backpack leaf blower not operating for warranty service because they don't know how to fix just keep saying it's the gas but running same gas in other machines that take same mixture they said carburetor was dirty and still didn't run properly after getting it back first time they just don't want to say it's a real problem with the machine because they don't want to do warranty work other people withe same unit all haven problems with it operating properly I know other people that had service done there and had to fix it themselves and will make excuses for not fixing properly I picked up the blower and them saying that it was the gas was a lie because they said it was fixed and it was the but the gas they put in caused same problem first I started it when to use it how many more excuses and they're supposed to be a Husqvarna service center maybe they could finally fix it right now there for the third time for the same problem which they said was fixed first go to use after and still has same problem it's a joke that you can't repair a product that you're a Husqvarna repair center then months of same repair and no refund from the charges it's now a bad carburetor with no refund from 2 charges for cleaning a carburetor it's already been 10 days and still don't have my blower back that I can use this problem has been going on since March and now it's almost June and still don't have it back repaired

Go to another ace if you need to get something fix. Your items are worth nothing here. If they dont reach you after two calls they throw away your items.

I and my business will not be going back. The older gentlemen there doesn't know how to talk to people and apparently there is new policies there that make filling propane much more difficult for 100 lbs tanks. Modern gas will get my business for now on. Reply... the tank was in the back of a pick-up truck in a standing position very well secured. You should research the issue before you give a generic response.

DO NOT RENT HERE! Rental counter was horribly unprofessional. One day rental. Machine broke 3 times!! STEVE sent employees to come take back their machine early. Blamed my contractor and myself for breaking their equipment. Saying their equipment wasn't meant for this kind of work.....this is the easiest job it should ever have done! Am i supposed to load it with marshmallows?? Not even mentioning the sexism and down right disrespect I was faced with when dealing with Steve both on the phone and in person. Committing fraud at its finest! QUIT SENDING OUT JUNK AND YOU WON'T HAVE THESE PROBLEMS!!!

5 stars for the store but 1 star for the Stihl Br 800 C Magnum Backpack. I purchased it for the convenience of it starting while on my back buts it’s a complete piece of junk and works when it feels like it. I’ve got it to start twice while wearing it and most of the time it has a hard time starting on the ground. I called the manufacturer and they said it’s a known problem with this model that the spark plug on these units can be faulty and I would need to constantly play with it…Wish I did my homework on the reviews as many folks pointed out this same issue with this model. If you get the 800 buy the standard version and not this junk.

Unfortunately I have to admit, I can’t and do not trust the repair guys to be honest. I leave out of here with at-least 300-400 bill Every-time.They always! Do more than I ask to be done on my lawn mower and add stuff to my bill.I specifically ask them to call me for consent before they made any repairs. It’s written right on my work order. They did not.The belt hopped off my blades, I ask them to put it back on, they charged me for the parts the belt was connected to (cool) and told me my battery was dead and charged me for a battery too.I told them that’s impossible I service my vehicle every 9 months! Everything’s new. They told me show them the reciet for the battery then, and then they will take it off my bill.Tf!I have not once yet walked out of the repair shop a happy customer.I was in a neck brace after spinal fusion. I had ace come pick up my unit, when the pick up guy came he looked at me and asked me to put the lawn mower on his trailer because it wasn’t drivable. I kid you not! Seeing Me with a neck brace on! I had to call my wife down to do it, then he felt ashamed and did it.Don’t bother making a complaint. When I asked to speak to the manager Shelby was the manager I spoke to. I asked her to ask the pick up driver if he drove my lawn mower in his trailer or pushed it. She told me the delivery guy is her husband and he wouldn’t lie to her. Noticing the red flag I asked to speak to the person above her, which she then told me is her father.Yea go figure, the fact that she told me all that when I ask to file a complaint should tell you where it is going to go.I’m not even sure nor care what their personal business has to do with a business transaction.As per your guys responseMy unit was there 3 times. You are not releasing the first time it went in for the full tune up.And definitely feel free to tell everyone how much you charged me as well, so people can make sure they are priced fairly.I did not agree to anything with you guys. And still don’t.

A BIG Thank You to Dillion in the Parts Department for going out of his way to help me with a garden tractor tire installation. We checked out 4 places previously and Steele’s Ace HW in Tannersville was the only one who helped us. He was unbelievably pleasant & professional, as well. ?

needed a rental, staff is professional and helpful. I was very surprised at the variety of items for sale & rent.... Everything from popcorn machine, carpet cleaning machines and Christmas decorations . *They even have sterno trays and helium tanks. Water salts, crystals- you name it! Give them a try vs the Big Box Stores (which didn't even have a rental section, ahem... home D€pot).
