“Had a great experience here using their rental equipment and the shuttle service. The rental process was fast and those helping my wife and I were friendly and perceptive to any questions we had. The shuttle service was a great deal, we got dropped off right at guest services and picked up within 10 minutes of calling to come back. Saved a long walk in ski boots for us. Also the dog on the bus made the ride even more fun.”
“Hard to overstate how helpful the staff was. There was a bunch of them and they made sure I got all the help I needed. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. My wife also found a pair that she liked too. We tried them on after we left the store, and my wife found an issue with hers. The store accepted the return no problem. Good expierience”

“One of the best stores I’ve been to. The staff here is great. Jason is always willing to help out and show me new models I may like. Last month I left two items I had paid for behind. I had no idea, when I came back two weeks later they were behind the counter waiting for me with my receipt and a note. Top notch service, gotta give them a go! Make sure to ask for the Vip mall coupon.”
