One of the best stores I’ve been to. The staff here is great. Jason is always willing to help out and show me new models I may like. Last month I left two items I had paid for behind. I had no idea, when I came back two weeks later they were behind the counter waiting for me with my receipt and a note. Top notch service, gotta give them a go! Make sure to ask for the Vip mall coupon.

They say they close at 9:00 pm Sunday and I arrive at 7:15 pm and it's closed I tell them that the schedule says 9:00 pm and they tell me 7:00 pm it's not worth these liars

My cousin and I had a great experience with Pablo! He was very helpful with helping us find what we were hoping for, and generally kind and respectful. Store was clean and well organized, and had a large selection of men's and women's clearance items at varying prices

Staff were weird/passive aggressive about me trying on different pairs of shoes & then not being completely sure which pair I wanted to buy. One employee (middle aged man, kind of balding) basically came up to me and snatched a couple clothing items out of my hands, essentially forcing me to leave them at the register. Inhospitable behavior and also just strange, since I was one of the only people in the store at that point. It wouldn’t be crazy to suggest he was being discriminatory, as I definitely looked different/stood out from the other customers.

Today my husband and I came to exchange a pair of shoes I had ordered online, ended up buying 3 more pairs! Awesome prices!! Brandon our salesperson was great! Super helpful and great attitude! We will definitely be back! 5 stars!!!

This Reebok outlet has all things Reebok--sneakers, athletic wear, and more. If you're into Reebok, you'll be happy here. The store was clean and the staff was very helpful. Their prices were reasonable.

Went into the store. Found the shoes that I liked. Found the size that I needed.Had a number of staff members come up to me. Ask me if I needed help. Ask me if they could find shoes for me. I was good. Didn't need any of their help. Worked in a shoe store for about 5 years.Only problem I had was a group of teenage kids wearing masks but having your noses exposed so you don't need to wear masks anymore. They and they weren't ?

Great people friendly attitude always helpful. But it's now 10:15 and I've been waiting outside for 15 minutes for the building they said they were going to open at 10:00. So docked one star.EDIT: Turns out that despite the web saying they open at 10, they actually open at 11. There's nothing on the door to indicate hours, and the only way I found out was by calling them and getting an answering machine.
