I just got my puppy from the one in Tannersville less than a month ago and she had been treated for 2 different types of worms and another parasite since. They claim the dogs are dewormed before purchase clearly not the case I have tried to reach out through their website to this agency to let them know what has happened and no one has bothered to respond I also had spoken with someone on the phone who said they would contact the owners of the business and would call back that still has yet to happen. Nowhere near impressed with the business practices of this location

I bought a puppy July 7th and 5 days later on the 13th he showed symptoms of an ear infection, diarrhea and cough. This pet shop has been giving me the run around for 2 months and refuses to reimburse medical bills for 2/3 huge health conditions that began 5 days after purchase! They only reimbursed $127 for ear infection while I have paid $3,000 in medical bills to cure his bacterial respiratory infection and gastrointestinal parasitic infection. (which took 2 months to cure)The pet shop informed me that i cannot request reimbursement for symptoms if there is no cure/diagnosis... so i only requested for the ear infection. A few weeks later i had a diagnosis for his diarrhea and cough and the owner (Shawn) said that the store rep misinformed me and asked that i send all the medical notes/bills in person in order to rectify this issue. But today she is telling me its past the 10 days and she cannot do anything... they are scammers!!!!!!I sent all the paperwork in-person like she asked and after 2 weeks of trying to locate her, she called me screaming, blaming the vets for misdiagnosing him and calling me a liar about previously calling the pet shop who gave me misleading information. She was upset that my puppy's symptoms took so long to cure, she said he shouldn't have been given a weaker antibiotic for the cough before the stronger one that cured him. She also said his parasitic giardia infection has nothing to do with the diarrhea he had since i got him.... she pretends to know more than the vets and blames everyone to avoid taking responsibility. She continued to say nothing can be done since it took weeks for a diagnosis after she told me symptoms before the 10 days were enough. Everyone there gives different information and then the owner pretends to rectify the issue before attacking you!She hung up on me after screaming at me the entire time. I will be taking legal action... DO NOT BUY PUPPIES FROM BROOKSIDEPUPS! Shawn does not care about their clients or puppies.

Went their to see some puppies hoping to purchase. The dogs look like they were starving. They wanted 2,000 for a golden retriever, which is ridiculous because there are so many breeders that sell affordable, healthier looking dogs in the area.

Clean place friendly staff. Knowledgeable on almost all dog breeds and temperaments. They really care about their dogs.

The employee would not let us greet the puppies unless we put money on the counter. i want to meet and greet my puppy before I commit to see if his or her personality matches mine. The pens were sparse and one dog appeared to have a lump on her side. about the only thing this place would get from me is a call to ARL or the Humane Society.

Walked in and saw the puppies in a small box that was so dirty and they couldve at least put some toys in there for the puppies to play with. DO NOT SUPPORT PUPPY MILLS ADOPT DONT SHOP. Stop supporting these small puppy stores when there is plenty of dogs who needs home at shelters.

Rude cashier. Wouldn't let you take pictures inside the store. Wouldn t allow you to interact with the pets. Didn't try to assist . Horrible service

Sick, contagious puppies!!!! Beware. Heartless business. Only care about making money, certainly not the animal's welfare. Dogs from here are ill. This place just sold me a sick puppy and then does not want to pay 9for the vet visit and te sting that diagnosed what she was sick with. Wich by the way is highly contagious. I will say that I was offered payment ONLY for the meds to treat her. The expense for her medication is by the way, minimal compared to the total expense we have incurred this far. The testing our veterinary DR did, was to diagnosis the infectious parasite that she IS sick with. Without the test she would not be getting the correct medication. They twist your contract and claim that visiting the vet, and testing are not reasonable. Of course they have informed us that we are welcome to return this sick baby back to them, but we are committed to seeing her through this.

My friend and I went to check out some pups. She doesn't know English so we were communicating in Spanish. We walk in say hi to the person in front and he hears that we're speaking Spanish. His whole mood changed and greeted us in a very rude manner. I was texting my mom throughout the 15 minutes we were there because I had just left the hospital so she was worried. I was in front of a husky holding my phone because I was texting and the dude in the front yells at me because "I was taking a picture" which I wasn't. Then I explained to him that I was texting someone and he kept being rude and giving attitude while I was trying to be polite. If you guys are actually trying to sell, make sure your employees aren't rude to their customers. It's unprofessional

This place our theifs i returned my puppy less then 24hrs and they kept my money and no dog and no 3k.Then if they werent gonna give me my money then they never should have took the puppy back.DONT SUPPORT
