I recently had been shopping at the outlets at Tannersville. We were in many stores, all of which were friendly, helpful , and had good customer service. That was until we entered PAC Sun. There were 4 young employees there. It was not very busy. However, those employees treated us with disrespect, were very unfriendly, and not helpful at all. We got varying answers to our questions, they clearing did not know what they were talking about. We.were overcharged for our merchandise, and had to return to the store to get that straightened out. Again, treated very poorly. It was the worst shopping experience I have ever had!! I will NEVER go to that store again!!!

Taller Caucasian man working there claimed he was the manager at the time (even though he was not) as it was only he and one other sales associate in the store. He was racist and unprofessional. Claimed that he didn't have to honor the prices as marked saying "sorry for false advertisement". Then after expressing annoyance he said that if we were "nicer" to him he would have honored the prices as marked in store. Disgusting. Needs to be fired. Worst experience at pacsun ever.

I went to PacSun with my niece today and had a awful experience. As we walked into the store we saw three employees, two females who were on their phones and sitting crossed legged on the counter and one male who was folding shirts. No one greeted us or acknowledged that we were in the store. As I asked one of the employees if my niece could try on some clothes she gave me attitude and seemed annoyed that we were asking her to DO HER JOB! God forbid! After that one shirt that
